John Bonham is the greatest drummer ever. Most complicated time signatures, but it always works. Most epic, tight band. All genius musicians.
Genius musicians, all four of them the best at their respected instruments. Their music never gets old
@@kashkindgren5991 Agreed!
John Bonham AND Keith Moon AND Ginger Baker. All THREE hold that exact same claim. Do not forget Keith Moon and Ginger Baker. All three are legends of the same level of talent.
Best drummer ever is Jimmy Chamberlain listen to quiet from the smashing pumkins. It is perfection on drums
@@billbill5364 oof u cant leave out Neil Peart
It never gets old watching somebody hearing that solo for the first time
Saw Led Zeppelin live in '73, '75 and '77 at MSG. Best. Band. Ever.
Lucky times 3! ❤
This was voted the greatest guitar riff of all time.
because it is :)
For good reason
Heyy! Drums!
That's the effect the greatest drummer of all time have on people. I still yell that when hearing Bonham going at it. Truly unmatched drummer.
Led zeppelin the definition of rock and roll best band ever on planet earth
Yes sir the drummer’s on mastery could plan a bunch of different times signatures at once and the guitarist could follow him and the singer the whole band is a bunch of master artists
Every band member shined through this song 🎵
You got me falling back in love with my favorite songs like I'm hearing the for the first time all over again. Keep it up man!
best band ever, there was a recent poll on putting the best band together from individual members. robert plant came top as singer/frontman, john bonham came top as the drummer, jimmy page came 2nd best guitarist EVER and john paul jones was voted 3rd best bass player of all time!!!!!
Best band ever was and always will be The Beatles. Zeppelin (and I've been a big fan since the 1970s) have claim to best rock/hard rock band ever.
@@mikephillips8810 the beatles are the best pop band ever and they are a great band, but imo member for member zeppelin are simply better
@@mikephillips8810 The Beatles are the best pop band but in terms of live performance Zeppelin blows them to smithereens. Zeppelin is the greatest rock band ever.
@@mikephillips8810 no, led zeppelin is in a different league from the Beatles, were the Beatles great? Sure. But its Led Zeppelin we’re talking about not a yellow submarine
@@MrSkater2001 I agree, especially since Led Zeppelin unfortunately only put out a smidgen of music in comparison to The Beatles yet Led Zeppelin stand out as far more superior music makers in all ways. Led Zep's music really speaks to peoples souls, well I feel that way @ least. But I find The Beatles music is just pure entertainment & that's if you like their style of Entertainment which I never did. [I didn't mind John Lennon's solo stuff but that's it.]
Led Zep is by far the top band out of the two, individually each member was more talented with their instruments among various other musical technicalities & nuances.
You know it's good when Robert Plant sounds like he's about to fall off something.
I was lucky enough to have seen this live. long live Zeppelin!
don't be afraid of that volume control.
The best part of this video starts at 4:39. That is where Nathan finds out what this song is all about!
This shit is the closest thing to unity we got in this day and age and i love it
Love your reactions! Makes me appreciate these old tunes so much more, like I'm listening for the first time
A rare drummer who played to support his whole band.
They are insanely talented greatest band ever led zeppelin
Hit em hard and leave no doubt …. Led Zeppelin!!!
You’ve gotta see them do since I’ve been loving you, live at MSG. That’s a mind blower!
U r cracking me up I’m crying and laughing at the same time 🤭😭
I saw them live in Amsterdam in 1971 THE GREATEST LIVE SHOW EVER
so much positive vibes here
This is the best reaction I've seen to this song!!
This was the first Zeppelin song I heard as a kid, and I wasn't sure what I was hearing, but I knew I needed more.
I have everything on cassette and CD , now digital, all LZ, all the subsequent solo works and collabs. All of it. Robert Plant was my one and only blonde love. Until Layne Staley arrived.
Check out Moby Dick and Bonzo's Montreaux by Zeppelin, both are drum masterpieces.
You should just listen to their entire back catalog. One of the greatest bands of all time.
Brilliant reaction to a brilliant song. Really good to watch!
When the Drums Kick in ....THAT ´S Fucking Hard Rock Gods
That intro riff never changes throughout song...most songs they vary...Jimmy knew and left it ...widely regarded the greatest riff in rock...they like to tease with filler...making you want more of that killer addictive riff in your chest.
We did it all so much better in the late 60's through the early 80's.
Led Zeppelin no.1 rock band of all time goats
More Led please..Id love to see your reaction to - Since ive been loving you, live at MSG
Man feeling his countrymen, a great thing to see..
If you like those drums check out Out on the Tiles..my favorite Zep outro….second favorite is What is and What should never be. Great band, great reaction bro!
What you hear in the breakdown buildup is an electric guitar being played like a cello
4:12 thats called a theramin. google will describe it better than i could lol. its basically a metal rod that you wave your hand at
you missed plants scream at the end, dont cut zep tracks off short dude, you WILL miss things if you do
My man feels Bonzo's beats from the off!!
Instant subscribe...
🤘👍
i kinda remember this being the first rock song where something about it and everything about it generated a good energy in me. a release. the beatles and the stones and a lot of other music belonged to my older siblings if you will; zep was the first band that belonged to us - it was made for us, we knew what it was about and that is that. kind of crazy to think that less than 10 years later we would have already moved on to punk rock, art rock - not that zeps didn't live in my heart tho!
🎵I wanna be your backdoor man🎶 .....Nathan puts on his glasses...
I vote this the greatest reaction video ever !
When the levee brakes from led zeppelin huuuuwi Bab!
the best guitar rift of all time
That was awesome!!! Thank you!!! 😃
Glad you're discovering the mighty Led Zeppelin BUT I wish you had done the live performance of this song from the Madison Square Garden concert. Try Stairway to Heaven from the Madison Square Garden concert next. Then take the Zeppelin challenge!: All 26 minutes of the song Dazed and Confused from the Madison Square Garden concert! Must be viewed in it's entirety to catch the explosive guitar soloing towards the end.
Led Zeppelin - Stairway to Heaven. Live version from Madison Square Garden in New York City in 1973. It's like a folk rock/hard rock drug trip.
I love the reaction vids definitely would love more
It's a theremin in the middle section. It was invented by a Russian in the 1930s. It was used in a lot of sci-fi movie tracks, because it can give a sort of alien, outer space vibe.
Greatest band in history!
You should listen to Moby Dick by Led Zeppelin if you want a crazy drum solo
that was enjoyable mate ....greetings from australia !
That buildup is right before the climax.... If you know what I mean.... Givin' her every inch of his love.... yah know myman..
Thanks!
You never heard about a Theramin before?
John Bonham (Bonzo) was one of the best drummers we've ever had!
3:50 build up to a sneeze 😖
Fucking hilarious mate , love it 👍🤠
Loving 🥰 your reactions 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
Tanks fuh listening mon
Gotta check out Moby Dick. Drum solo is 🔥🔥🔥
1971 .. was 16 y/o...great times...
I was all brand new then...nothing like it ever heard before.--yeah you know...not the nicest lyrics but great music.
The outer fringes of creativity.
Bonham sounded possessed.
The band is the best Rock band of all times!! I come from a family of singers and musician's and we listened to all types of music. My favorite is Black Dog, Kashmir, and Ramble on!! Well this one too is one of my favorite! I wish they would do just one more tour! John Plant is a vicous singer, originally sang the blue, John Paul is insane on the Bass and key board, John Bon...well the best drummer ever and the founder of the band Jimmy Page is still the best guitarist! After John Bon (Drummer) passed his son stepped in an played drums! They where fire then and now!
If you were there, you knew what was going on lol. It wasnt cars :)
You're a drum man bro!
Check out The Lemon Song for us! Led Zeppelin could play some raunchy blues ✌️
Saw the mighty Led Zeppelin the 2nd night during their 6 night, sold out shows, at Madison Square Garden in June 1977.
"Achilles Last Stand" live was totally mind-blowing.
John Bonham was superb but only the 3rd or 4th best drummer I have ever seen live.
Nobody will ever top "Buddy Rich."
As powerful, great and unforgettable Zeppelin were that night, the concert I attended 21 nights later blew that awesome show out of the water.
Pink Floyd's "In the Flesh" tour at Phillys Spectrum promoting the "Animals" album.
No comparison, Pink Floyd were pure perfection.
Check out Led Zep - "Black Dog" 😉
when the guitar gets filthy, the glasses come off
Black sabbath children of the grave
Omg yes
Best reaction ever and that stumbling flow at the end was horrifically stupendous... Consider me SUBSCRIBED. (^_-)
HEY! PDiddy did a rap song (Come With Me) over a Led Zeppelin riff with Jimmy Page...you might dig it! nice freestyle!
You might of heard it before it was used as the theme tune for top of the pops for many years
If you like drums watch the rush in rio concert, songs - tom sawyer, YYZ. leave that thing alone and obaterista(drum solo)
Im only amazed you hadnt heard this before dude. 😙 and John Bonham is probably the most heavily sampled drummer ever to exist on this planet. Ps next time try Led Zeppelins cover of 'Memphis minnies' 'when the levee breaks' - black blues music revisited . Not so much rock music more, a drumming Seismic event.
Et oui ,led zep ,et Black Sabbath ,les deux meilleurs groupe des années 70 on a pas fait mieux depuis😉
2 2 zeppelin yano. They go hard bruv
Dazed and Confused next...studio version
NO ! The live version is so much more impressive.
John Bonham GOAT of HEAVY - Neil Peart (RUSH) his progressive technical GOAT and Bill Ward (Sabbath) Just filthy awesome Rock GOAT too...
bad boys all of them
Soooooo good 👍🏼
Have you listened to Disturbed, Sound of Silence?
You love your drums mate so I am recommending Dire Straits, sultans of swing the alchemy live version the drummer is on fire!!
"Bonzo" was the number one. If you want to appreciate more you have to listen Moby Dick song...
You funny as hell 😂
Every inch!
My people
you should listen to Moby Dick !! Legendary drum solo by John Bonham
Bruhhh im wiv you 100% wen you say the drums!!!!!! 😉
How in the world did never hear that song before? What did you listen to?
G.O.A.T. on Drums= John Bonham
Mans has to listen to rock n roll machine by triumph truuust me👀
❤❤❤❤
6:35 This is one of many reasons why Bonzo is considered the best drummer.
Bonham is the only drummer who is part of the melody.
I apsolutely love Jimmy page
It's insane, isn't it?
If you like drums, Bonzo's your man.
For fucks sake. never heard this?
Top of the pops lol if you're old enough to remember ( sorry not sure how old you are)
The live version from Madison Square Garden is way better. If you like drumming then watch Moby Dick from the same show. Shows why Mr John Henry Bonham was called 130lbs of pure glory. Welcome to the club my man. Enjoy.
If you think this is awesome listen to Kashmir 🤘🤘🤘
