Some notes... Bearings - get some proper ones: W 6203-2RS1 Fully sealed & stainless (they're expensive!) Put the armature in the freezer & bearings in the sun - they slip right on Stainless fasteners gall - always use anti-sieze to prevent this Grease - use rubber/silicone grease where required, never use petro based like vaseline etc on rubber seals
Thanks. Just replaced both bearings following your instructions. As the pump had been in the rain for 5 years was a fair bit harder to get a part, especially the fan at the rear. All running quietly now. 💪💪
Nice video. A shame youve left a bolt loose between wet end and motor. 5mm allen screw check 24:25 mins. Is there a video showing power board repairs or how to check components like capacitors. I can only find complete electronics set up as a spare part for $600. May as well buy replacement pump at that price. Cheers
