I am excited to see someone list´s with Terra Mystica leading there ....that is also my fauvorite one, but always puzzled that other channels hardly mention it....i always have the feeling that they just did not try enough TM...otherwise should be up in everyone´s list :D Have you ever tried Brass Birmingham? Barrage? Agricola and Obsession? i think they are my top 5 with TM on top
I get it, it can be a bit too dry and themeless for some people. I haven’t played Brass yet, I wasn’t a fan of Agricola and Barrage and spoiler, Obsession JUST missed out on my next top 50 coming out the first Monday in October :) Thanks for your comment!
What format are you referring to when you mention Magic the Gathering? Some of them are so different I would find it difficult to put them all together into one slot.
@@JestaThaRogue With standard and sealed I understand your ranking more. For me drafting depends on the set and the people. I've played a little bit of almost everything (Cube, commander, modern, pauper, oathbreaker, along with those you listed) The format that is the most versatile and rewarding for me is commander. You should try it if you haven't had the chance.
@bruceharper5759 Commander was just coming in when I stopped playing. I spent hours planning out decks and started to buy cards to build them but never finished them. Sold most of my collection in 2021 now, just kept my favourite block decks just Incase.
Also, I just can't get into Marvel United. I got a crazy deal at a yard sale and own lots of content. But every time we lose, I don't feel like I know what we did wrong. It's more just like, well we could play it again with different heros? But why not just say screw it and plan different heroes and a different villain? Anyways, I feel like there is too much randomness and not enough depth of strategy. It's sort of like, guess what the bad guy might do next, but really just try to do the best thing you can with the four cards in hand.
There is a little bit of that for me. It’s about choosing which fires to put out and when. If I lose quick I retry, otherwise I play a new game with a whole new cast.
Have you tried Clans of Caledonia? Very heavily inspired by Terra Mystica, but with a fun economic system than can be manipulated by players. You need milk? I'm going to buy a bunch to drive up prices, etc
Loved the efficient format of the video ❤
Thanks Kaytee!
Everyone needs to do a listing like this! Great video
Thanks Sean!
Very nice list.
Thanks Robert!
Nice list! Do you play Destinies Solo, 2 players or 3 players ?
Thanks! Solo… but hoping to replay as 2 or 3 in the future. My memory wont be good enough to remember enough detail for every scenario :)
You can easily play as another character. They have very difference goals and paths.
That’s what I was hoping! Thanks!
Top 50 games no one has heard of. Myself stick to famous games. Like Ark Nova, Dune Imperium, Viticulture etc 🙂
I like Viticulture, it was in my top 10 worker placement games.

AHH we love trains! No one ever talks about it. I think it needs a retheme and some updates to make it a bit more interesting and crazy.
Agree! I was talking about it the other day. I’d like a ‘big box’ edition that combines both games and updates it a bit.

Standard Tournaments, Draft Tournaments, Sealed Deck Tournaments, Friendly 5 Corner... That's what I played the most. It's all the same game to me.

Yes, and it is no where near this list :)
@@JestaThaRogue fair enough. Different courses for different horses
Interesting you like Destinies so much. I mean I liked playing the scenarios but it's quickly done and not replayable.
Yeah. That’s why I said it probably won’t be there next year when I do this list. Depends how fresh in my mind it is, but it’ll probably drop down.
Yay finally someone with Suburbia in their top 10! 😄
Has been since 2012 :)
So, basically you just love terra mystica
Yeah pretty much. Don’t get to play it much anymore sadly.
So no solos?
No solo only games, I don’t play solo very much unless it’s a campaign. But I play Marvel United and Destinies exclusively as solo games.
