Remove thermostat and hose for easier flushing coolant fron the engine block, temporary install w/o the thermostat, fill with distilled water, start the engine for 5 mins, then flush it again, repeat process until coolant is clear.

There's no problem with that bro. Almost 4 liters, reservoir and radiator was filled with coolant. Try to check your reservoir after your first ride if the coolant decreases just put more coolant. But in my case, 3.8liters is enough.
Am I just blind or what? I have the exact same tank but I can't see the level from the side where the min max is. It's white like in this video and not at all transparent. Shouldn't I be able to see its level from the side?

No bro. Draining flag only. As long as your thermostat valve is in good condition no need to open
