- While visiting Manchester, England we did THE V.I.P. EXPERIENCE!!! For my boyfriend’s birthday we marked off something that has been on his bucketlist forever- seeing the professional soccer (football) team, Manchester United, play AT their HOME FIELD, Old Trafford!
We splurged and got the “Red Cafe V.I.P. Matchday Experience” a three-course meal, free drinks, and a free open bar as well as seeing Manchester United play FC Crystal Palace.

So cool to see some MUFC American supporters!!! I came across this video randomly watching your review of the monos luggage. I’m planning a trip home, I live in America now but I’m from Manchester UK 🇬🇧 I’m definitely getting some monos bags now lol 😆 Hope you enjoyed MCR, if you’re ever there again in Nov/Dec, you have to visit the winter markets, they’re the best in Europe in my opinion. Went on my first plane ride last Friday! Got dizzy during take off and tried to read the emergency pamphlet till steady. It was fun. Hate hurricane Dorian cancelled our flight ✈️ home.

Quick question regarding getting tickets to this game, did you buy tickets ahead of time if so what was the time frame for example, did you purchase a couple months before or like few weeks before the game , only reason im asking is I keep seeing people say they tend to reschedule games, cant even imagine traveling across the world to see them play in order for them to postpone it
We bought them a few weeks in advance! We hadn’t really worried about postponing it and if they had we still would be in England and explored.

I know it’s been a few years since this video was uploaded , but I wanted to ask how the does the atmosphere compare to American football games & what was your thoughts on England?
The environment was SO much better in England, people have a passion for the sport more so than in the US I feel. The energy was so much more hyped and invested in the game. England was so much fun and we LOVED our trip here, of course being big fans of the sport, we loved the match the most!
Was there any old players in the lounge

The Manchester United website. And we became members so we could buy tickets!
I have the opportunity to visit the game tomorrow but I don't have any smart casual dressing for the VIP east stand box. Can I wear a Jacket with Jeans and sneakers?

We didn’t have one! We just wore our jerseys and pants! Maybe you have a different type of ticket? Sorry!
How were your seats? Looking to buy some tickets to surprise my hubby 😊
They were pretty good! High up, not really with all the regular attending supporters (which is probably more fun) but we had a great view of the field and we’re in a covered area in case of rain or harsh sun!
