This video was so futuristic that it’s still awesome to this day. I think that the Afro era should’ve continued the edginess from this era.

"she lookin like a bad bitch...op!" LOLOLOL idk why this director is cracking me up with his chain on and his side ways hat dabbing people up this is so quintessential 2000s . Brandy did look INCREDIBLE in this vid she really is so pretty he knew what was up and this song takes me back. Its funny when you think of all the classic and really iconic videos for big hits and its just some white guy who directed them but Dave Meyers had the vision and stayed in his bag. He is still making videos for big stars to this day but I love the old stuff. I was wondering why this video didn't make a lick of sense but they said it didn't have any plot or anything and was just about looks so there you go lol. Love this album so much it was the anniversary a couple days ago so just watching old videos again. Wish i could go back!! Love you Brandy!!!

Brandy is seriously in need of new material. Her archive behind the scenes is soooo poor quality lol.
We need new docies, videos and tv specials.

This was one of the first songs I heard from Brandy, and that’s the first video I saw for her. Didn’t the song came out in 2001?

At 1:08 She just high jacked Aaliyah entire Aaliyah album era and she said the same exact thing Aaliyah said a year earlier when she spoke about her growth and was describing her new style and album plus she used Dave Myers who was synonymous with working with Aaliyah smh 🤦🏾‍♂️

    • @4everjosephmiller597

Dove Mendez Name an artist that doesn’t mention growth and a new style when discussing a new album.
Name an artist in the early 2000s who didn’t work with Dave Myers.
btw he only directed one aaliyah video...
