@@markwthompson71 it's pretty tight and rocky up there but i recall maybe a tent spot or two. Or take some tea cup hooks and set up on the observation deck LOL.
Awesome video! I’m planning on doing this hike in about 2 weeks. Are there any water sources close to the fire tower? I haven’t really been able to find any information on that.
I see Houston Branch is right near there. I’m sure with a little exploration it can be found and utilized. I believe that is what was used for the ranger that used to live there full time.
Pretty cool spot. This tower reminds me of what Rabun Bald must have looked like originally.
I had to go look up Rabun Bald. I might have to hike up there for an overnighter soon!
