The volume of college fairs and workshops hosted by high schools in the Indian sub-continent has seen a sharp increase the past few years. While this is indicative of an increasing awareness of the need for college guidance and interactions in schools, a lot is left to be desired when it comes to the experience, quality of interactions, and their actual impact on college application decisions.
