I think people put too much emphasis on “black owned “ and not the product itself. I try products based on my hair needs. I do not research who made the products. If the product works great, if not try another product. Black owned is not your friend or family. It is a BUSINESS.
*Agreed! Inflation is too high, for me to spend money on products that aren't going to work but, keyword is business. It's why so many of these brands end up selling to a bigger brand. I appreciate you stopping by :)*
The only brands I really trust are these Indie brands. If they sell out, them there are tons of Indie brands made by women who showcase their hair health and growth using their products and are transparent about the creation process.
It all starts with culture. …. Jerry Keller a Gewish man signed one of the first gangster rap groups starting with Easy E . The beats was great but totally destroyed the community even more than drugs almost 🗯
The intro 😂 That leave-in is so trash. I just made a short and simple list of products that work for me. Im not falling for that FOMO anymore. They dont care about nothing but our money. And like you said a lot of them are not black so they cant even comprehend what our hair, pockets, mentality goes through.
