The acquisition of it by Zebadiah is a pivotal scene in the movie. That being said my most anticipated 2-pack out the infinity sage line and I am glad I have this set.👍 review.

This review is straight out of Badassia! I could actually chuck the Obadiah Stane figure in the trash. The Iron Monger is freaking amazing though! You know, I would have actually bought this but opted for the Hydra Stomper pre-order instead. If I had the budget, I would have gotten both and shelved them fighting each other.
I just got my IRON MONGER today! it is in my top 10 figures, and I dont even really like the MCU. It has the absolute smoothest articulation Ive ever seen in the joints. I really hope this is the future of ML.
Got this today and messed with the shoulder rocket it didn't not break but I applied it at the right spot with decent pressure and it attach well and didn't take much strength to remove it but was there good actually though it was a arm rocket
@@ultimateslinger9857 Iron Monger was obviously an inferior design but had the right idea in terms of raw power. Tony needed both raw power and smart tech/drugs to beat the Hulk. But base Ironman Suit should be able to handle the movie Iron Monger in a longer fight once Tony figures out a way to get through the armor. Iron Monger was just Iron Man's Mach 1 beefed up, a piece of crap pieced together in a cave. Comic Iron Monger was the same. Always a step behind Iron Man in terms of tech and smarts. Beefed up strength and repulsors weren't enough to beat Tony.

Actually that’s incorrect that is the mark two chest piece the Mark one chest piece was the one that he had to reinstall after Obadiah stole that one so technically that is not the proof that Tony Stark has a heart arc reactor
Great review, and the Iron Monger has some great aspects, but I can't believe the pass it gets from pretty much every reviewer on some its significant shortcomings, just because everyone seems enamored with its size. 😉

I really love it when figures have those 'working' pistons. To me it takes the experience to a much higher level :) Didn't like it that it was as big as the Hulkbuster though... should be smaller or doesn't make much sense...

The Infinity Saga is a really good line. Since then all those new figures are looking much better

I do not agree. They actually can release 1 final version, rather than multiple versions and upgrades that can cost so much for some peoples.
