Feet have a silhouette where the peak is on the inside of the foot, then they slope more towards the outside. They were correct before as how the peak is near the outside and they slope towards the inside. I hope this helps.
I found this fig at my local video game store for $90 AU, immediately bought it and oh man the geek spot hit so hard with this fig as I wanted this guy for 2 and a half frickin years! This guy is so good that he’s still on my computer desk alongside with my Hardy Venom and NWH Andrew figs. My SUD rating for this guy is definitely “AAAAAAHHHH ITS SO AWESOME!”

Carnage looks burnt. I like the way Hot Toys did it, where the black was added to the crevices. Hasbro could've done something similar, like how they sculpted and painted the cracks on Walgreens Thing.
The shf is obviously the better of the two (as it should be for the price ) but its a lot closer than i thought it would be. For collectors on a budget, the legends is a good option.

I love this figure. There’s not been a ton of great mcu figures release this year so far, but this is my favorite at this point. It is so massive. I wish we could get a larger venom to properly scale with it, because the one we have is smaller than he appears in the movies
It's a shame he doesn't come with more symbiote weapon accessories. I would've loved to get that scissor-crab-claw-looking thing he has in the movies as an accessory for the figure. Oh well... *_(grabs Q-Tips, cardboard and hot-glue gun)_* Time to make my own!

The paint problem (on the back at least) may just be because of the tendrils. Speaking of which, I'm assuming there's no plugs for when you don't want the tendrils on?
I’m supposedly getting this on Monday through Amazon along with tons of pre-orders through Big Bad Toy Store. Mostly Spider-Man and X-Men Marvel Legends figures. This one is my most anticipated alongside Sabertooth two pack!
A nice black wash and this would be exceptional but I agree with your criticism regarding the paint, otherwise...I think you underscored the figure. I think overall it's really nice and functions pretty great. Lots of accessories, big figure for an affordable price and pretty decent articulation. 8.5 or a 9 👍🏼

I don’t understand how this happens every time. I used the alternate movie venom head and put it on the eternals kro body. Painted and what not. Made my own carnage. Was really happy. Figured they’d never make this cuz it’s been sooo long. Seems like every time I make my own they release the real thing haha

So so excited for mine. But movie wasnt the best but i absolutely loved carnages design. Yea he could have been smaller but screw it. It’ll still be a badass and fun figure. Proportions and headsculps are more accurate on the marvel legends. Paint apps and articulation obviously go to the figuarts tho
Honestly looks good but they could’ve taken some of that chest paint and put it on the back. With its lanky proportions and lack of back paint apps it’s giving me Age of Austrian BAF vibes
This figure made me completely do a 180 on this design. He was too tall, too dark a red and long tongue bothered me. But this figure has so much love and accuracy put into it that i instantly pre ordered. Im also glad hes a brighter red than in the actual movie. And the amount of stuff you get with him is almost overwhelming. Contender for ML figure of the year
I want this figure but I agree I don’t like that Carnage was bigger then Venom Carnage being smaller is what made him scarier but I do like the tongue lol
For Venom, the Legends and SHF are equally matched - in most respects, the Legends is better/more accurate. But for Carnage, definitely think the SHF wins. The chest is more proportioned and the details are sharper. The Legends looks very cheap
Ugh. Not painting the back is so lazy. I'd rather they do nothing that way I can just paint or wash it myself. Trying to match what they do is annoying

This looks like butts. The chest is as wide as the hips and the paint that is there is junky. Hasbro: 1 step forward, 2 steps back. Especially going back to not painting the sides and backs of figures.

Well, it's pretty cool still, but the paint details are a big deal breaker to me. Some dry brushing can make it better.

You can check if the feet are on the correct side by looking for a L or an R on each part

Escape from prison, Cletus Kasdasy bonds with Venom's spawn symbiote withe the ability to kill anyone who gets in his way.
Will probably apply a black wash on those tendrils to make them pop.
