The fastest dying languages in the world are from the First Nations People (Australian Aboriginals) which is also a passing of culture. When moving from Papua New Guinea to Australia, a struggle with identity occurred. Also the diet changed, and many Melanesians who have moved from their country gain weight and start to suffer from illness they didn't have in their home land. That's not to say Australia is not a wonderful place. The pots you mentioned was funny as feel the same, those pots on a fire are magic! New subscriber guys, love your channel and personalities Thanks!
Even language is important. We are speaking english as the world, because it was brutally enforced on our ancestors and ppl of colour throughout the world. Words are important because they are affirmations. How we say things in our native languages differs with english. It has more meaning than when we speak English. E.g in isiZulu when we grest we say Sanibonani. Which directly translates to , "I see you" , you could be having a bad day or good day but i see you. English its just hello. No meaning . Loosing language has made us loose the essence of who we are as ppl
