Eichel, Karlsson, Stevenson. The knights went from no center depth to amazing center depth. They have to be considered cup favorites for the next 2 or 3 years. Until Pacioretty and Stone are over the hill.
It will be sad to see who the Knights need to trade to get in within the salary cap. I think other GM's know this and will take prospects and draft picks from the Knights along with key players.

There is a strong argument for keeping Stephenson (he's having a point a game season, even without Stone and Pacioretty for long periods) up there cause Eichel has proven he can elevate any line. Split the time evenly between 3 lines (stone, Stephenson, Pacioretty) (Misfits line) (Janmark, Eichel, Dadonov) and give which ever line(s) that are clicking the extra minutes. The way Janmark and Dadonov have been playing, they are probably a better line than anything he's played with in Buffalo. It will also make Eichel even more explosive on the PP. Certainly isn't a bad way to at least reintroduce Eichel to the NHL.

Short answer, they are. An insane amount of injuries this year. Most of the season Pacioretty and Martinez has been out. Stone missed significant time. There were was a good chunk in the first 20 games Vegas was missing 5 of their top 6 and 2 of their top 4 d.
Can't slot him on the top line right away. Opposing teams are for sure going to do their best to hit him. Always slot him with your biggest, toughest guys. Maybe start off third line. Definitely gets top PP time. A fully recovered Eichel is going to help Vegas for years to come. I'm so happy he's not in Buffalo anymore. p.s. I'm a Leaf's fan
