Somehow watching this drama is like reading a hundred pages of a novel for me, i dont know how it make sense but that's how i feel, every dialogue is so beautiful, every scene is so mesmerizing. What a beautiful yet sad story
Oh lord! For two years my daughter trying to get me to watch this movie- after watching "Crash landing on you" I thought nothing could be better - lord I was so wrong ! My heart is hurting and I can't help it but Mr. Sunshine is the best movie that I have seen in years! Hollywood has lost serious ground in light of this movie! And the icing on top - their deep passion and intense love for each other but no sex!!!!! It's the BEST!!!
There are tons of historical kdrama but this drama since its setting was late 1800 to early 1900 of korea was a breath of fresh air.. It capturedalmoat the feel when japan took over korea. And how korean suffered just like philippines. Its not just a historical love story. Any asian can learn a thing or two in this drama...
To anybody who is going to watch this drama. Get ready... It took me months to get over this one. It's no joke. I thought an other drama beside Moon Lover would affect to this much. Good luck.

I have never seen such a great drama ever. Interesting things about this drama , eugene and Ae sin's deep love is unimaginable superb acting. It is not like only kissing scenes show chemistry this drama shows what is real chemistry it snows their great acting skills their eyes depict their love. All lead characters are amazing.

I have literally watched Mr. Sunshine at least a dozen times and I am still watching it. I think I will be able to speak Korean soon..lol..that's how much I've watched it..I never get tired of watching it.. each time is almost like the first time watching it only I sing along with some of the songs .. it's soooooo pretty..I usually just start it over when I get the last episode..I can't bare it.. :-( it truly has become my favorite..
I really cannot pick just one episode over another nor can I choose which scene is best. They are all my favorites. I absolutely love everything about this drama except for the end of course and even that was awesome it it's own way, it made me cry like a baby but it was part of a love story that would stand the test of time...and the whole drama was played superbly by all, especially Eugene Choi ...so very handsome and fitting for the part. Lady Go Ae Shin absolutely beautiful and very fitting for her part, so pure and innocent..I tell people they should watch it, you have to see it to believe what a precious drama it is.

Es la primera vez que veo un drama Coreano y no sé si podré superarlo pronto... quede fascinada con el amor, devoción, lealtad, fraternidad, consuelo, apoyo, etc. que demostraron Eugene y Ae Sin, el uno por el otro y por las causas que defendían. Ame sus encuentros, tan cargados de romanticismo. Me quedo especialmente con la escena de la pesca y cuando se entregan mutuamente los anillos.

I watched crash landing on you too but it's not the same thing. Mr Sunshine is a masterpiace. Just today I watched some scenes, especially Ae-shin & Dong Mae, and it's wonderful in every aspect. Even though I don't ship them, they are very intense because the drama it's well written, the actors are amazing and the characters are well portrayed.
I don't know why i like tear jerker kdramas. I like it when a kdrama made me cry because i didn't easily shed tears over something. This is one of the saddest kdrama i ever watched and i love it.
Totally agree. Both main actors are so wonderful. Their unspoken connection is so great, wish she would just stop her pursue and follow him to wherever. One lone girl is unable to save the world or her country.
I am traumatised after watching this drama. I knew the ending but when i really saw it i found myself crying for 2 hours with swollen eyes. And when i went to sleep i just saw him coming back over and over..but then go aesin told "its not true i know" even in my dream it was breaking my heart. I am totally traumatised by this drama...

Since i couldnt move, somebody suggested i watch Korean Drama to keep me entertained assigned from the books i read. My first ever drama was Descendants of the Sun.

I think it's never too late to watch, see and love something :) there is a nice expression that I studied in my spanish course that somehow can express this, but well... I hope you are all right now. In any case, I know Descendants of the Sun and I watched like the first episode, I really don't remember because I got close to kdrama this summer and I view many of them in a confusing way... only Mr Sunshine took my heart.

When I made the second video, it was a bit different. I knew them in a better way, because when you made a video you watch the characters, you study them, their expression, their feelings.. so when I made this video I felt very happy meanwhile with the first one I was in great pain and I wanted to show what they had and what they were. They always said to this drama, the word "sad ending" but for me this is not a sad ending perhaps for me this is a "happy ending". Because although the 4 heroe's died,ae shin is still there to continue their fight and to free their country from conqueror.
This drama is sadder than scarlet heart for me.The later one was more annoying than heartbreaking. All deaths got me emotional but the servants,fiance's and Eugene's death was unpredictable. And except for a few cheesy lines,this kind of romance is what I would prefer

If I can tell you, you should watch it not only because of this, but also because the actors are great and the plot is amazing. The history beyond this is very complicated and you wish you know more!

The first few weeks after I watch this drama I cried everytime I was reminded of it and would be lost in my thoughts cuz of it .

I havent seen the movie becuase of the ending. But i want to watch their love story. Thank you for your video. I am not korean so i appreciate the English subtitles. He is a great actor. One look at his face and you feel everything. Great presence too. Very very few actors have that. He does.

@@bahavamoss8372 It's actually a kdrama.. there are 24 episodes and they are long about 1 hour and 15 minutes.. it depends. Yes. It's beautiful and I still need to understand all its beauty.
@@elizaveta2043 Thank you for taking the time to explain it to me. Actually I am ten years too late watching Korean Dramas. Discovered it while lying down due to back injury. Since i couldnt move, somebody suggested i watch Korean Drama to keep me entertained assigned from the books i read. My first ever drama was Descendants of the Sun.

I think it's never too late to watch, see and love something :) there is a nice expression that I studied in my spanish course that somehow can express this, but well... I hope you are all right now. In any case, I know Descendants of the Sun and I watched like the first episode, I really don't remember because I got close to kdrama this summer and I view many of them in a confusing way... only Mr Sunshine took my heart.

Thank you! I'm glad you like them. I loved everything about them. The first video I made was like "ok, i loved this show, I need to do something about Eugene and Ae-shin because they are something else, a love so pure that didn't need a kiss, nothing but theirselfs". When I made the second video, it was a bit different. I knew them in a better way, because when you made a video you watch the characters, you study them, their expression, their feelings.. so when I made this video I felt very happy meanwhile with the first one I was in great pain and I wanted to show what they had and what they were. About your request.. well, I'll think about it but I don't know. I'm actually a student and I'm lucky enough with 2 videos.

They always said to this drama, the word "sad ending" but for me this is not a sad ending perhaps for me this is a "happy ending". Because although the 4 heroe's died,ae shin is still there to continue their fight and to free their country from conqueror.
Perhaps they said the word sad ending because ae shins friend, and lover died to protect her and their country......ae shin is a one of a kind.. ❤️

This drama is sadder than scarlet heart for me.The later one was more annoying than heartbreaking.
All deaths got me emotional but the servants,fiance's and Eugene's death was unpredictable.

@@nahmanoliveira7730 it's very sad but i don't think that this drama is only "sad". There are many beatiful parts with friendship, family, love. Everything that can cross your mind. If I can tell you, you should watch it not only because of this, but also because the actors are great and the plot is amazing. The history beyond this is very complicated and you wish you know more!

La segunda temporada de Mr Sunshine no existe! Si quieres ver la primera "temporada" tienes que haber Netflix.. pero puedes ver por internet.
