They are a lot more than 600$ to 1000$. In Sarasota the rent this time of the year can be 2000$ and up depending on the amenity’s they provide. Yearly rates are cheaper but most only allow you to stay for 6 to 7 months.
I agree with all of your life philosophies! Just started watching your channel. Thanks for posting! Do you have any videos of your Florida “Home Base”?
Yes, you don't need to leave anything to the kids. I told my mom this, travel and enjoy life while possible. I retired at 42, never looked back. Best thing ever, blood pressure down to normal, and frequent headaches down to once or twice a year.
Definitely great tips for living life on the road and traveling, thank you, I'm still 15 years away from getting SS at 62, but I'm taking it when I get there and live my best life.
Tim, I've been watching your channel for 2 years. This is your best explanation video of what you are doing! More like this, and I think your subs will go up. Crush it baby!
In America you can’t find a house, can’t get a decent paying job or start a nuclear family, can’t retire, so you might as well become a minimalist and live a perennial bachelors life like Bob Wells and Sarasota Tim.
Speaking for myself, I don't know either personally, they seem happy. Live and let live. They aren't hurting anyone; no one has to watch their shows. They did work most of their lives in traditional jobs and prefer this way.
What are your plans to travel after your vision is shot? Hope for self driving RV's are manufactured soon!
I would assume AI vision with all the technology advances in medical science and the self driving vehicles on the road already 😏🤣😎
I don't get your math...
I think you are forgetting to include your cost to park your camper in south FL. That $600- $1000 is money you are spending monthly just like a rent.
What RV park is he talking about?
@Jim-v2m I have no idea. Tim said in the video that he stays in an RV park in south Florida that is more affordable than some.

For some people, it is over 1200 difference from 62 to 67
That’s what it is for me. And I have a wife who might benefit from the larger survivor benefit should I die before her.
That’s why shoes and hats and pants come in different sizes one size doesn’t work for everybody…..
Yep mine goes from 2500 to 3600.
Math has never been his strong suit.
Devaluing investments😅😅😅😅
I would like to introduce you to Dave Ramsey.
Dave started out well, then his head swelled up. Ego maniac now.
You said it's all deductible. What's deductible? I'm always looking for more deductions 😂
How do you get over $100k from social security??
That’s over THREE TIMES THE MAXIMUM ANNUAL PAYOUT if taken at age 62!!
I don't get the math either

I rented a room in San Diego for like 10 years. Now the rest of the country is having to think about renting out a room but that was normal in SoCal.
I'm going to move to corpus Christi when a hurricane hits my best friend lives there her family is going with me.
Rolling down the road. The weather looks better.
ME ? MOTOCYCLES CHRISTIANS AND COFFEE. AMEN🎉❤

Indeed, the traditional way of living no longer exists….RIP
Yes. It is definitely more difficult to live an average life in the USA. It has certainly been much worse the past 4 years.....
Your so right. My husband and I are going to buy a camper andlive .in it.
The Forerunner on Hell's Revenge is a great video. It is one of my favorites. You scared me, though 😃
Don’t forget the Cramper. That was a cool trip.
Yes, it sure was! 😎
