The GN51CE guitar is built to inspire musical creativity with Takamine's compact but bold NEX body style, solid top construction and performance enhancing features including a soft Venetian cutaway and Takamine electronics.
This guitar has everything you need to look and sound great on the stage. With a solid Spruce top combined with Rosewood back and sides you get a rich, articulate sound from the GN51. The slim Mahogany neck and 12" bound Rosewood fingerboard offer great feel and playability whilst the onboard Takamine TP-4TD preamp system gives you a built in tuner with three band EQ and gain controls for rock solid performance.
Other great features include a synthetic bone nut and split bridge saddle, Rosewood headcap, abalone rosette and dot inlays, gold die-cast tuners and a beautiful gloss finish.
Got this, sounds amazing. But never plugged it in yet. Its also incredibly light and easy to play.

Does anyone have practical experience of this Vs the GN15NEX? I actually think based on videos the 15 has more clarity and the 51 resonates more? I'm thinking of buying one of them this week, any opinions?
Did you get one, and what did you think?
@@sre331l yes mate I bought one and has it a few weeks.
The guitar I'd say overall 6.8/10. At the start I was blown away by how good it looked, at first glance it really is a stunning guitar.
It's very light and very playable. I was used to a Dreadnaught so actually felt there are issues when you put pressure on the guitar string and neck with intonation. The neck is smaller and the strings are closer together.
It's a glass neck and not matte, that took me a while to get used to.
That sounds from it is really good but could definitely be better and id question the quality of some of the materials they have put in to it, they are plastics tuner buttons. Even the buttons for the tuner and EQ feel about cheap which I didn't expect for £500 guitar. If you've any more questions just asj
@@aname7092 what do you mean by tuner buttons? If you mean the buttons of the electronic panel, every acoustic with electronics has those buttons in plastic of course I guess.
@@aname7092 do you recommend i buy this guitar or something from the cort core oc collection?
