I’m so glad you found it helpful, it’s so easy to design without your life in mind but it’s so wonderful if you can design in your habits it’s the subtle difference of added comfort that you may not even notice but that will make a big difference to your every day life I think

What an amazing video. You made me burst out laughing at the thought of you having coffee on the loo😅😅😅!! That’s one habit I won’t be taking on though. But on a more serious note this vid is packed with so much common sense information. A lot of them is already incorporate in my own bathroom experience but some I will definitely take on board. I absolutely cannot bathe in cold water and no matter how hot it is outside I need hot or warm water to shower. I don’t like baths but I cannot have a bathroom that doesn’t have a bathtub. It just doesn’t look right with a stand-alone shower. And I prefer rain shower to power shower. Power showers are too stingy and hurt! Ouchhh!!! If that little video clip is your husband he’s super cute. Once again Noor I really love the quality of your content and I am so happy that I e fount your channel. PS I divide my vitamins in two and keep some by my nightstand and the other half in my work bag because I alwayyyyyssss forget to take them🤣🤣🤣

Let your husband know that he is inhibiting his hormones by doing a cold shower after his workouts. He will actually benefit from going into the sauna on workout days and doing cold exposure on non-workout day :)
No way! I had no idea I will make sure he looks into this, I don’t know how he does it, I go in there for comfort and a cold shower goes against this totally lol
