Good for you. But, the same effort you are putting into being physically and mentally elite you could do the same thing with something that would make you a lot of money when your contract ends or for yourself . It's a dangerous career that will have flawed people in charge of your life. More power to you though, your life is worth a lot.
When you think you're stressed and your life is hard and everything is going wrong, just realize that there is people going through way worse shit than you every second of every day, and if they can make it through, you can too.

Nipsey hussle said we look at life like it’s about what you can get out of it but if you live that way you’ll always be unfulfilled he said it’s the opposite it’s about knowing your gonna leave one day and the only way you’ll be fulfilled is if you gave it all you got and leave it all here because it’s temporary and you got a moment. That’s always stuck with me.
2:19:00 gold right here guys! Goggins shares the path he saw and walked to get there, so we have to walk that same path, chase suffering every damn day and get to that breakingpoint and try to not break, but if you do, it aint over till YOU DEAD! It was just your first, second, thrid, foruth, fitht, sixth, seventh, eight and so on nr. attempt.
This is the key that readers of both books barely saw and Joe doesn’t know how to talk about either There’s softness and there’s kindness. They’re different. David is hard and kind. That’s the key. He’s compassionate to himself when he fails. He balances how he calls himself a little bitch and how he is kind to himself when he wants to quit. That’s the key. Like he said you’re alone when you’re grinding, so how do you love yourself more than anyone can when life is hell? You show yourself grace That’s not discussed in a way people can understand because it sounds soft. But that’s as hard as you can get. That’s competing with yourself because you’ve gone beyond most of your competition
Just keep yourself busy brother, find something that makes you better mentally or physically even if it seems small or mediocre. The moment you settle and give up on bettering yourself or achieving things is when your body and mind actually start to deteriorate. Good luck man

Yes , we have David Goggins again on the podcast!
2022
Men love all these goggins conversations. Good show Joe
2:19:00 gold right here guys! Goggins shares the path he saw and walked to get there, so we have to walk that same path, chase suffering every damn day and get to that breakingpoint and try to not break, but if you do, it aint over till YOU DEAD! It was just your first, second, thrid, foruth, fitht, sixth, seventh, eight and so on nr. attempt.
This is the key that readers of both books barely saw and Joe doesn’t know how to talk about either
There’s softness and there’s kindness.
You show yourself grace
That’s not discussed in a way people can understand because it sounds soft. But that’s as hard as you can get. That’s competing with yourself because you’ve gone beyond most of your competition
As a vet myself it is insanely difficult to find motivation with depression anxiety and ptsd. So I have to start doing something.
Just keep yourself busy brother, find something that makes you better mentally or physically even if it seems small or mediocre. The moment you settle and give up on bettering yourself or achieving things is when your body and mind actually start to deteriorate. Good luck man
We need a part 3 !!!😭😭
This is pretty much part 3 because he’s been on the podcast on 3 separate occasions.
@@rubensalcido9464 oh sorry, I meant a part 4
He needs to come back every year
Goggins is one of the coolest mofos alive. Never really listened to him until yesterday when I came across a thumbnail with a title that just hit me. Amazing inspiring dude 👌👌

"Perform without Purpose". Goggins! So FN legit...as a Marine Combat Veteran we train until we die...Marines hump until we die. Good for you if there are triumphant moments and goals...but the end game is always forward...even without a legit goal or purpose.
