Visit to RTO with payment receipt is mandatory non officially. My dl renewal was delayed to it. Application got stuck for 7-8 months at verification of documents. After that when I visited RTO it was completed instantly..

On line DL renewal has been implemented only by some states. Most advanced states like Haryana have not adopted online system. You have to visit concerned RTO compulsorily in Haryana and you have to pay about Rs1300 for DL renewal there. There is substantial fee in the name of Red Cross. You have to undergo first-aid training for 4 hours before submission of renewal documents. It is only on RUclips channel. DL renewal is not that easy.

@@sumeett1 in Haryana you have to pass one ist aid paper conducted by Red Cross. You can do that online or by attending their 4 hours class at RTO centre. If you do not have time private person sitting there will do the needful you have to pay Rs350/-. It is not mentioned on online site. Moreover you are not allowed to submit papers online. You can generate application form etc but you have to visit RTO office in person

प्लीज बतलाया कु पहले एड्रेस सही करू क्या जब अड्रेस सुधर जाने के बाद कोरियर से मिलने के बाद रिन्यूवल करू या रिन्यूवल के साथ एड्रेस भी सुधार जायेगे ।

Thanks for detailed video trg. I have already made a renewal request online but due to networking, I have applied for the documents uploading thrice, while it was required to be made once. The form shows "completed" against the upload document at 1st entry, against 2nd entry shows "exempted" and against 3rd entry shows "pending". All other formats including payment stand made and printed out the acknowledgment. So, will the uploading document clicked thrice will create any problem, if so, what process is to be done.

Its a common issue for axis bank gateway , to solve this issue just jo to application status and in the fee payment column you'll see a option of verify payment status you can just verify your payment in that link . It'll take just 2 min dont worry
