    The GX Pumps CS4 water-cooled compressor is unique in a field of other personal compressors in that it can not only top off airguns but also fill pony bottles. And it does it for about $600! Most of the sub $1000 compressors can only fill airguns, leaving shooters with carbon fiber bottles without a way to reliably top them off. In our testing of the CS4 from GX Pump, we found it to be very useful in both tasks. Additionally, the max pressure on the CS4 is 5800 PSI which means that filling to 4500 PSI does not constantly stress the unit to its maximum capacity. In this video, we will show how we winterize our water-cooled units to help prevent them from freezing and damaging the pump and radiator. Let’s get started.

    Unfortunately, there is no lubrication for the lower end of piston connecting rod, other than the grease when assembled from the factory. No way to keep it lubricated. I forsee lower end failure, unless owners periodically remove the piston rod end cap, and periodically lubricate.Time will tell.

    Can’t believe they didn’t put a drain on the cooling system so you could drain it when needed.

    Never run straight distilled water in these systems.
    Here is just one article on it, but there are hundreds of articles just like this.
    Personally I run G48 premix with great results.

      @AirGunWeb  18 дней назад +1

      It takes about 1.5 hours to fill a 1L bottle from empty to full. It takes about 25+\- minutes to top one off from 3000 to 4500. No affiliate link right now. But we be adding them to our video descriptions as we can.
      Cheers
