    What would happen to your business if you had to step away unexpectedly... Has this happened before? *Tell me all about it in the comments here* 😅

    Tamer, I originally found your page and content when I was coming out of a personal health issue which nearly ended my business. I didn't have formal systems in place. I worked in and not on the business. Your content has been extremely valuable to me. There is much more I'd like to say. I'll leave it at.. I'm glad to hear the hard work on building: processes, systems, and SOP's allowed you to be back in front of the camera. My best wishes to you and yours.

    Hey Tamer! So glad you're okay and glad to have you back!
    I was curious if you have a video or article or example source of a business plan? I couldn't find a video or resource with it. Additionally, do you have an article or video on important documents every business should have for example: business plan, employee handbook, employee roles, brand guide, etc.?
    Seeing how you organize these other documents would help keep things consistent and clear!

    I must say I've been really appreciating all of these systems and process videos. Perhaps you can make some videos about business systems with AI Incorporated into them. Everything has changed so drastically over the last few months.

      Thank you! Yes the world has indeed changed drastically (again!). We have an AI for business owners video already in the works but will add systems and AI to our list of videos to do. I think that is a great one 🙏

    Hey, Subscriber here! I wanted to know... even if you have an accountant, should you still personally track your expenses using a chart in Excel? I have really improved so much and am reading the 'Profit first' Book which is AMAZING (and highly recommended btw) but just thinking I need to have grips around the financials of the company but I'm finding it tricky!!!!! will you ever do a video on this

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  9 месяцев назад

      Hey @Exercisewithleah Apologies for the delay in responding... If you're still looking for an answer.... it's yes ;) You should still be tracking your expenses... it can either be in a spreadsheet or get your accountant / bookkeeper to give you summaries on a regular basis. Eitherway you should keep an eye on them. It will help you manage cashflow better, identify potential issues early and hopefully budget better for the future. I will be doing a video or two on finances so stay tuned :)

    In my corp life, I was against or didn't understand systems. No as a business betran but systems & process rookie, the overall 30K viewpoint is apparent. It can be scary how many SOPs can be set up but the reality is will they be used. Emergency Plan and running through it is key. The buddy system of someone else in the industry is possible but scary too as your clients, contacts, suppliers, and projects can all be copied into their business...I think I would have to lean on a friend/family for the admin portion but the "doing" of the job to the buddy partner.

    Love the video! Just want to mention 1 silly thing, Idk if others feel the same way but I feel like the separate movie clips scattered throughout the video is really distracting and makes it hard to follow along. Mainly the ones where it has the audio with the separate b-clip snippets. Anyway not a big deal but wanted to mention!! Aside from that, love the content!! 🥳🥳🥳

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  Год назад

      Thanks Chase. It’s good to always hear feedback. The reason we put it in there is to break things up a bit and we have seen in our analytics that it helps increase our retention in general. But maybe the audio clips are too much… We will keep a close look at our analytics. But it would be good to see if others agree with this too then of course we will change it. Let me know by replying here please if you feel the same way. At the end of the day, these videos are for you and what works the best is how we will continue to improve. Your comment is very valuable and I will definitely keep this is mind. Thank your. Tamer
