Y’all I got this wig today and I love it. The only downside is that the knots are more thick and dark then what I am use to but you should be fine after a couple bleaches. The actual hair is very pretty ❤️

I got a lace wig from them that had a hole in the lace and it was thin. Didn't look like the photo. I posted a bad review and they didn't want to refund me until I took down the review and I disputed with PayPal and they asked me to stop the dispute so they could refund. Crazy. I told them no and that's not how you conduct business. It took a minute but I got the return label and refund.
I am old enough to remember excellent business practices in the 50s and 60s and beyond...until the past decade or so. This is one of the reasons Black folks hesitate to do business with Black-owned merchants. We HAVE TO STICK TOGETHER, PEOPLE, and you will not get high marks by refusing to uphold basic business-to-consumer courtesy. An unhappy customer who gets a refund is not only more likely to come back to you, but will often spend MORE the second time around. Word of mouth is the most powerful advertising!

JUST BOUGHT THIS EXACT WIG. It’s amazing so far 😩💕. Lace is not true HD but it’s like luv me and others very undetectable. It’s super thick and pretty, slightly pre plucked and not to thick in front. Also it’s true to length thick at bottom. So in love, if their wigs are consistently this good I will be a loyal customer 💕

Had this wig and dyed it and loved it!!! Had it for 3 months did so many installments and it was so good! It does shed now tho but the hair is still great

The short of it is they ended up sending one wig and promised to refund for the other. I returned the wig bcuz it was not 20in. It was about 16in. They said they measure length from the top of the wig...what!!! No no no. Anyway returned it. They did refund for the returned one and then had the audacity to tell me they could not refund for the one they NEVER sent bcuz the never received it back from me....After I literally cussed them out, and showing receipts of there texts,, they promised a refund. Anyway as of today 4/12, no refund. I have escalated my dispute in PayPal for the remaining $320. Don't do it! I have been scammed out of soooo much money for wigs because of false reviews. I'm going back to braids. I do them myself and the hair is cheap..lol Good luck to you!

Girl I received a wig from them a couple days before Christmas my boyfriend ordered it for me. It was a 5x5 hd pre plucked 24 in unit . They had the nerve to send me the wig with a BALD spot on it! for your beginner wig definitely try a closure it’s easier customization you don’t have to worry about the ear tabs and plucking the whole hairline and they last longer

However, throughout my purchase pop ups kept appearing with additional promos but the site wouldn't allow me to type them in. that was 1 red flag but im trying to remain positive. my main issue is that ive seen too many times these companies will send social media personalities the "advertised" merch but send the average customer a completely different product, or in totally different packaging

I just ordered this wig Saturday because I saw how BOMB you looked and I just received it today. It was super soft but then I realized *THEY SEWED THE FREAKING TRACKS TO THE CLOSURE* there’s nothing I can do but a middle part wasted $150 dollars 🤦🏽♀️

@@brianathomas911 if you want it just in one style for only your birthday then I say go for it because the hair itself was soft it didn’t really get bone straight but I think that’s because I bleached the underneath

@@trashgal7357 I didn’t I requested my refund and bought from Alipearl. I had the best experience. The hair came fast, they always communicated with me, etc. When I got the hair FULLLLLLLL. It was about $80 more for the same wig but I think was worth it.

I have a question. If you reused the wig, would you also reuse the wig cap or you use a new one?
if you glued down the wig cap yes use a new one, if you did not and it’s in good condition you can reuse ur wig cap
I just got a 4x4 closure and 4 bundles. The grid was so fake looking I had to pluck, bleach, foundation and concealer. I wasn’t feeling them at all
