Have no idea about lace wigs or glues and had never seen that bald cap method, looks difficult to me as a disabled 61 year old and was really worried about you cutting yourself. But it was really informative and you have a lovely personality and sweet face :). With bad health am looking at using a lace front which is why I am glad I found you. The use of the products was extremely helpful.

You got this Shnaya! And if you mess up (which we all do!!), it's so easy to start over because it's hair gel so it's a great method to practice laying your wigs!! You did a great job explaning EVERYTHING! I think what I liked the most is the fact that when your pin curls bombed, you should it!! Most people don't show the mistakes and so when people go try it and it fails you think you just can't do it...but sometimes you just need to re group and try another way...I loved the Fabulous comeback!! I just wanna stop and say thank you for this for so many reasons! I don’t have money or time now to order stuff online to do my install but I got a drugstore right up the street with the Got2b and I liked how you showed a perfect install without needing all that extra ish. Then to top it off, everything you used you also told us an alternative (like the curler instead of a hot comb) and I’ve been looking at countless videos for three days now. After watching yours, I don’t need to go looking elsewhere nor spend big bucks. Thanks girl! So excited to get this install done and go on this date! 🥰😘

So many little tips and hacks that are necessary .. I always had trouble with the extra cap after I cut lifting, fly ways and humidity, and the salon look I usually just brushed mine straight down .. I’ll be trying this this week 🤞🏽🤞🏽
I'm so glad I watched full video because I thought that was the like ugliest wig but pulled this thing off. I'll never doubt you again
If this is synthetic hair then you have to curl it before putting it on. Get a steamer, metal lined curlers, and pins. Go ahead and put the hair in the curlers like normal and pin them to the wig head. Then you're going to steam it, make sure to get between and throughout the curls. Make sure to fully coat the hair in heat before putting a trash bag over it. Close the bag around the steamer and let it sit there for a few minutes. Once you can feel the moisture through the bag, close the bag and let it sit. When the bag is off you take down the curls and boom, perfect synthetic curls. This is the best method I've used and seen and I cosplay so I have to get hella curls, which mean this shit works. Hope this helps!

when I curl my wigs I just use a regular curling iron. it works really good. I love curling my wigs.

Great tutorial!👍🏾 You look beautiful!🤩 You can use "pump it up" holding spray to get the curls to hold. It gives it that salon look. I use my spray while I'm curling at the same time and the curls last until next wash😋

I know this probably wasn't made with guys in mind, but this has been *super* helpful. I used to have pretty long hair, but I cut it short for a play and I haven't been able to get it to grow back out since then. my friend finally just suggested I try a lace-front but I was so f*ckin nervous it would look like garbage. after watching this, I'm not *nearly* as scared! incredibly informative and I will probably be watching this everytime I install mine until it becomes muscle memory (which it probably won't since I have the memory of a goldfish lmao)
Omggg lol I was giggling reading this. This video was made for ANYONE who wants to wear a wig so no worries! I still get nervous putting on wigs but I love this method since it's just hair gel. SOO much easier in case you mess up (which is ok!). Just keep practicing :)

Try curling with a good curling iron. Rollers are okay but your hair really needs to be damp and you have to roll your hair in specific directions so it falls a certain way when it’s dry.
