  • Heike was found with 15 stab wounds and torn clothing on a hiking trail near Libby Street and 66th Way on April 29, 2023, the Phoenix Police Department said.

    Those Cop Chiefs say Nothing? They have no Pride thats obvious. Performance of these Cop Agencies half the Problem😢

    Chief Sulluvan gets $20,000 per month for this? Russ Skinner too can say nothing on why he has no Sheriffs on Patrol out there and no Helicopters? Going forward what can these Cop Giants assure the Public? More of the Same?😮
