This is the main reason I stopped doing deliveries. If I want takeout, I go pick it up. Period. All it takes is one order from one driver with malicious intent to do something to your food or eat part of it, and it's clear there's no vetting process for the people who work for these companies. I don't trust any of them, even though there are many who do their job fine. But between these people and the ridiculous costs of these services, it's just not worth it. Only in the most desperate circumstances would I order from them.

The driver exposed himself to a door, not her. Unless she has a camera on the door she saw nothing explicit. She paid to get pre-made food delivered, she got that and doesn’t deserve any refund. The driver was fired and dealt with. Refunds are for when you get the wrong order or it doesn’t arrive at all.
