The only houses with known targaryen ancestry are house plumm, house hightower (rhaena not the greens), house martell, house baratheon, house velaryon and house longwaters. I suppose you could also say the tyrells since mace the ace is married to a hightower, and presumably the other houses also married into other houses but I don't know any examples.
