I have 3 Esprit's in chocolate lighted and every one is different density. Still, low density but a complete difference in all of them including the waves.
Excellent demonstration, Kay. I would like to see a part 2. Since I have a roundish face with a short neck, many of those wigs you featured would not be feasible for me but they are so realistic and natural looking on you. You rocked each one of those wigs. There are so many types of wigs out there that scream wig! I'm an older woman so some of those styles you demonstrated would drag my face down and many of them that you showed were hand-tied, which can be pricey as well. I do like primatease if it's done well. Thanks for a great video. It was extremely helpful.
Thank you so much for your watching and your feedback. Some were indeed hand tied and yes they are more pricey, however, the Sentoo brand offers fantastic value for money with amazing quality. Hand-tied cap wigs in general are deemed lower density, but you are right there are many non Hand-tied wigs that are low density, which I tried to show as well ( I think the majority of the wigs are not Hand-tied). Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts, really appreciate it ❤️
Yes, Tea Leaf Layered - hand tied is a GREAT piece. Mine is Champagne w/Apple Pie. The cap IS very similar to the Lux line, same-ish. VERY comfortable and realistic. That FRINGE 🤪
I love Ellen Wille low density styles and smaller caps, but she no longer offers unrooted blonde colors for pale natural blondes like me. I look like a vampire in dark-rooted colors, but even Belle Tress has discontinued many of the unrooted blonde colors. It’s extremely frustrating! And with a 21.25 head circumference, almost all wigs are too large for me as well. I’ve started making wigs into toppers instead, but need unrooted cool blonde colors!
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. It is so frustrating when they stop doing something that you love, I hear ya. 😔Sentoo does a colour called Oyster sand: A Light Blonde Base with Platinum & a sprinkling of Creamy tones throughout. lights to soften the overall look. Maybe worth looking at? Have a lovely day 💖
They are actually quite hard to find, not that many wigs have bangs, Belle Madam has some petite wigs that are layered, maybe check them out here:continentalwigs.co.uk/53-belle-madame-synthetic?page=8 Or check out Sentoo, they have a few with bangs and caps are normally more petite average, continentalwigs.co.uk/113-sentoo-lotus
This was so helpful and enjoyable to watch! I have many requirements for my wigs: low density, heat friendly, light cool toned colours, short/medium modern styles, must fit 22” circumference. Rarely can I tick all the boxes! Lia2 is the next one on my radar, then Haute and possibly Tea Leaf Layer. Everyone says EW Drive is low density but I had to perform major surgery on mine to get it the way I like it. Also JR Skylar ticks many boxes but for me the volume of hair!!
I used to have thick hair but all of the wigs I've ordered online, have such high density they look super fake. Caps are always too large for me. I wish we had local wig shops to touch and try them on😊
I hear ya, trying on wigs is the best way to find what you are looking for. Have you tried Ellen Wille or Belle Madam wigs as they are typically petite average cap sizes. Jon Renau does some petite caps as well.❤️
I’m very glad to see so many beautiful wigs for younger women. Unfortunately, I need something shorter (like Esprit) but I have trouble with Ellen Wille fibers and unnatural parting areas. I’ve worn EW wigs for years but other brands do a better job with the lace front and mono features, imo. Thanks for your video!
I agree. Ellen Wille fibers can tend to be dry and ratty looking. Also some of her wigs hand tied wigs will put tons of that back combing teasing at the base of the cap which I don't like. Wish EW would use better quality hair. IMO.
What products do you use on your wigs? I’m fairly new to alternating hair. I like low density! (Feels more natural to me). Your wigs are tamed down and lay flatter. 🤍
Hey, thank you for reaching out. I use products that are specifically designed for synthetic wigs ( most wig stores offer them). To make the wigs look flatter, I tend to wear them for a bit, with time and use they do ' de- poof'. Tucking them behind the ear also helps. I would say, play around a bit with your wigs to make them feel a bit more like you, change the part, try some styling etc Hope this helps ❤️
I have not, but great idea for anyone who is looking for cheaper options. I would also recommend second hand sites like vinted and eBay where you can pick up some great bargains, most of my wigs are purchased second hand.❤️
Do you know if there’s a hand tied low density chin length bob style that will better fit a 21” head circumference without having too having too much hair and look completely natural?
Lucca deluxe by Ellen Wille might be one to consider, hand tied, no permatease, low density, use code KAY10 here: aderansuk.com/lucca-delu?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwiOy1BhDCARIsADGvQnCORiX3SYM9rhFYVuqm7jWCBwdxYKbgGhx-lWYJB8pLUEupdaT05eIaAsZhEALw_wcB
@@bongran8790 yes, I have some extra room with some wigs, I would recommend to look for petite caps ( e.g. Jon Renau do some and so does Ellen Wille) , the other option is to make the wig smaller by taking out some wefts, there are tutorials on RUclips that are really good and it looks quite easy❤️
I love them all on you. For me, in hot Arizona, I like the Esprit but mine (first one) is really tangling badly at the nape and I don't know if it's normal (I'm pretty new to wearing wigs even though I've purchased a lot of them). I'd love to find something like Esprit but a bit longer. Unlike you I tend to need face framing layers at the front and a wavy style.

First time watching you. I am 74 yrs. old and between chemo for breast cancer several years ago and aging, my fine, naturally curly/wavy hair has thinned quite a bit. This is the first time I’ve heard of the Sentoo brand, and I liked their shorter wigs. While I don’t want a lot of density because of being used to always having fine hair and because I have a small head and face, the straight wigs can drag down an aging face, so I am looking for a short or short/medium wig that has some wave and/or curl to it. I have also seen some extremely short, boy cut wigs that I love, but they are just too pricey for me. You looked wonderful in all of these wigs, and I particularly liked the ones on you with bangs and the chocolate brown colors. Those last couple of short wigs looked adorable on you! Thank you so much for showcasing these wigs.
I agree with everything you said. Straight wigs on me will drag down my face as well. I need some volume and the wave has to be in such a way where it cuts to the cheekbone or the center of my face then I can wear flat wigs as long as it has body. I have a roundish face and a short neck so all the styles that Kay showed were perfect on her but wouldn't be feasible for me except maybe one or two. I happen to like permatease which gives body and volume as long as it's done properly. This was my first time watching and Kay's demonstration of these low density wigs was wonderful and I would like to see a part two. Every one of those wigs that she demonstrated looked realistic. Although, I believe the majority of the wigs were hand-tied, which can be pricey, but I know there are some standard or basic cap wigs that have low density as well.
