There's a towel warming rack you can but that does a better job for drying. Buckets give better heat but racks dry better. This bucket im unsure if you can put wet towels into it. However if that's the main reason you want one. Go with the rack. Ps: I work in a bath showroom.
Well I enjoyed and preferred how he did it in the video- measuring the temperature with the progression of time. It’s not pointless, it shows us how hot it can get by the minute, which I think is very informative.

Totally pointless, all you had to do was to stick a towel inside wait 5 or 10 minutes and see if the towel was warm all the way through!!!
