Honestly it's that a lot of guys dont know how to talk anymore. They got so wrapped up in being on their phone and communicating thru apps that it hinders their actual talking skills...especially w women (nerves, pressure)
Its easy for a guy to send a dm with 3 words and 1 emoji compared to an actual in person conversation or opening line so to speak...

The biggest reason is because of increased comprehensive sex education in schools and emphasis on consent. I'm surprised none of them mentioned that.
As a “minority” knowing lots of other minorities I feel like this is accurate for us as well. Adrienne and Jeannie don’t get it. They really don’t get it. It’s not about not having a “strong mind” as Adrienne was trynna say. It’s about the fact that for years society has pushed the ideal look as “skinny and thin” and for those who don’t have that while that pic can be inspirational it can also continue that narrative that you’re only conventionally attractive when you’re small. Ultimately, if you wanna change like Loni said to be healthy, do it for you. Not because IG skinny girls said so 😂

I also think that we live in a time where there’s a huge pressure on the youth to be successful, productive. Our generation is very carrier oriented, and we (more than our parents and grand parents) are always under the impression that our time is very limited because we always have something to do and we waste our free time on social media.
In my opinion all of these things also make it harder to think about relationships unfortunately.
It's so weird to me how people still think millennials are young people in their teens/20's. At least it makes me feel younger lol

I’m 22 and I think this is true I have a lot of friends who are focused on there career and finding true love it might sound weird to older people because you did different things but yeah
For one... us Millenials are in their 30s and pushing 40. We have relationship muscles... we just don't want to or can do what the previous generations did. Having children without financial stability, the awx culture today and/or we're prolonging everything to ensure it's healthy.

@@bunnyluuuvvv Everybody I know is having babies. I don’t know where they are getting these stats from. I thought up 6 who are pregnant now off the top of my head. I gave birth to my 4th child sept 10th and each pregnancy I’ve shared with several people in my circle. There are still a lot of babies being born for sure.
Per the fit inspiration I think many people just use excuses and h ate on those that put in the work. You can still workout while sitting down in bed or in a chair. What is the damn excuse? Just say you don’t want to workout but don’t knock others down bc you’re going through something. Simple.
nobody has the energy to waste on exercising when you have kids to take care of. I don't have kids and I'm exhausted all the time. I can't imagine.
Exercising is a health issue and a choice. Just like hating is 🤷🏽♀️

I think people assume young people have more sex than they actually do. I know a lot of people who “talk” to a lot of people and go on dates, do some sexual stuff, but don’t actually have sex with them. A lot of us also go through the “hoe faze” for 6 months to a year give or take a bit and then we get over it and move on.
