Great video and I appreciate the recipe. Just brewed it up and it’s the best beer I’ve made. Mouthful is perfect with the grist and water profile. Is a tad too bitter so I’ll dial back/remove the bittering charge but man. First beer I’ve made that I’d honestly prefer over a lot of commercial beers.
Heck yea! I also recommend dialing it back a bit too. My updated recipe reflects that.
