What I love about the Perform track is that it covers off longevity needs: muscle strength, power, size and v02 - you should set up a longevity track within Persist!

To Satya's question at @31:22, I'd highly recommend Joel Jamieson's work. His book "Ultimate MMA Conditioning" is invaluable and should be read by every coach but he's done a lot of great, informative content here on youtube and various podcasts. Absolutely changed the way I live and trained and got me over the hump in terms of better understanding energy system training, and understanding, programming, and prioritizing conditioning

Uuuuu yes a Longevety track would be nice :)

I thought if you use Pullup, Wallballs... for Zone 2 training you get to mutch lactate and than it is an other form of zone 2 its a Huge metabolic difference.
Or can you do this exercises without getting you lactate up? (Did you test you Lactate after zone 2 training?)

Yeah I feel like there must be a difference in terms here, because when I hear doing those EMOMs at 80%, that sounds very much high aerobic. Sounds more like track intervals than traditional zone 2 training.
That said, someone as strong as Marcus very well could be cruising, with 2mmol of lactate on those movements.
