Love these video tours that you are posting, they are so cool. I would not say luxury if they cannot have potted lights in the bedrooms, etc. Also the cabinets and sinks are mostly from Ikea. most tech jobs are work from home so people are leaving the city to save money on rent, move back with parents or just live somewhere cheaper temporarily. some lost their jobs too, but i think it's a combination of both factors.
@@nathansnead7371 the price of the apartment? i guess it depends what you mean by deal. would i wanna live here? no. but it is surprising to find an apartment with 2 bedrooms under 4k. right now on zillow this building has 38 empty units. they don't share the price reductions on this building (probably for good reason) but i've seen prices drop as much as 25% over the past six months.
Courtney Bolton people can’t enjoy the amenities of a city they pay so much money to live and I think Cali as a whole has been on a steady decline because of govt decisions
great walk throughs! but i just cringe at the layouts of these skyscrapers. just horrible in my opinion and so expensive for the quality of finishes! keep them coming!
Dang, Jermaine! Making your rounds at all the SF apt highrises! LOL Sweet tour. This corner unit has great views but I am not sure about the dimensions of the kitchen/living area. Does not seem practical to have much furniture in a narrow space that is surrounded by windows. Overall very bizarre floor plans in these units, especially with super long hallways (wasted space). Some units have lots of light, others have these oddly placed cut out windows. Also, closet doors that swing out are not ideal as they potentially take up more space compared to sliding doors. This building is a definite PASS for me!
Lots of opportunities will be opening up for tenants. Competition will eventually work itself out in a free market economy. Prices should drop by 25% +- until vacancy rates stabilize. Get out and start looking. Pandemic coming to a close soon as vaccine kicks in. Stay positive, this is a tenants dream come true. How long this will last ? No one really knows. My best guess is this market will be around for 12 to 24 months. Let’s elect new leadership in San Francisco and clean up this dirty city. It can and will be done. It will be a beautiful and clean city soon.
Is your girlfriend going to move in with you, or a guy friend, or are you going to live alone? I actually think you shouldn't live with a woman unless you're married to her. Because if you live with her, she will ACT like you're married to her. In other words, she will think you owe her, and might decide to quit her job and just watch TV all day.

For this price you could live in a mansion in my state. Even $1,300 lands you 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with fireplace as far as apts are concerned.
