So disheartening to see Pinocchio (1996) ranked LOWER than Pinocchio: A True Story. It wasn't that bad. In fact, it captured the tone of the book very well. 😞
Ive watched this already but like, i would watch it AGAIN AAA !! you spent so mucht time making this! Literally ranking so many Pinocchio movies and not going bananas is admirable 😭😭😭 also i love the Pinocchio trap remix‼️‼️‼️
How can Lionsgate, Disney’s remake and so much more rubbish be higher than the Garrone’s version? It’s probably the most accurate to the book, it’s very well-made in terms of makeup, settings and filmmaking in general, and you can tell the director has put a lot of heart in it. I’d put it in my top 3, alongside Comencini and Del Toro’s versions.
Of course there was Geppetto the live action movie that came out the year that began the 21st century that being 2000 how that movie was a little more faithful to the book by the Italian author who wrote the fairy tale that the Disney film of 1940 was based on in that they had Pinocchio after getting on that roller coaster in that movie called Geppetto transform into a donkey all the way of course Pinocchio in original 1940 cartoon since after watching it years before had got out of Pleasure Island with only donkey ears and a tail.
I truly don't understand how anyone could rank that monstrosity, or Disney's soulless cashgrab, higher than Garrone's faithful adaptation. In the other video he states that the movie doesn't know what it wants to be, or something like that, because it plays a charming tune while showing terrifying creatures. But I thought the dissonance was deliberate. Even the Pinocchio Park (more of an open-air museum than an amusement park) dedicated to Collodi, in his very hometown, is both charming and terrifying.
Glad to see Pinocchio and the Emperor of the Night listed on this one its a good one truth be told and the one that came out in the 1970s was good too. Loved Pinocchio's Christmas that was fun as well. Silent Pinocchio of 1911 I had a grandma that lived too 102 years old that was born that year in 1911.
33 movies that's a lot of movies more than the amount of men who turned down the role of Pike Bishop in Sam Peckinpah's 20th century western film The Wild Bunch. I remember reading trivia that was written on IMDB about that movie. Before William Holden was cast, the role was turned down by Lee Marvin, Burt Lancaster, James Stewart, Charlton Heston, Gregory Peck, Sterling Hayden, Richard Boone and Robert Mitchum.
Ugh, no, the Netflix version is by far the LEAST accurate version outside of Ultron The most accurate version is Matte Garrone's, the ITALIAN version. Which is why it's actually the best one by far No offense, but what kind of idiot would think GDT's was accurate?
When the Pinocchio horror movie, True Story, and Age of Ultron are all better than the "live action" remake

The loop on this video is so smooth

I like how high Pinocchio 964 and 피노키오 are despite not being Pinocchio stories at all
22. Is probably the best version, I also love the cat and the fox in this one because they're such a funny and iconic duo
My top few are probably
1 age of Ultron
2 the del Toro one
3 the original Disney
4 Pinocchios revenge

Little mistake: the most accurate of all is arguably “Un Burattino Di Nome Pinocchio” (pretty nice as well), here at #21.

Pinocchio 964 is like that one creepy uncle that's best stayed forgotten about
Wait the Pinocchio: A True Story (2021) is higher than Pinocchio
(2019)?

Nice seeing all those movies and tv shows as well amen thank you for uploading this.
The live action Italian one from a few years back should have been #1. But Kudos for putting 964 Pinocchio in there. Wasn't expecting that

The top 1's my favorite Pinocchio movie like it made me cry. 😭
The 2019 adaptation is the best one in my opinion
benigni's can't be lower than pinocchio a true story tho
Pinocchio 964 is such a gem
First place was well diserved. Del Toro Rules!
This man must be so sick of pinocchio by now. 33 movies????
Lol very funny.

He was literally going nuts 😫
What does the film Artificial Intelligence have to do with Pinocchio?
Age of Ultron??? 💀
Bro the 2nd one he was just mad 😂
I love 1996 pinocchio and killer
Cannot believe Phoenix Games’ Pinocchio wasn’t on the list 💀
Brilliant,!
How is Age of Ultron here? You never mentioned it in the video.
In the scene Ultron was singing "I got no strings"
And one more Pinocchio forgot that comes out on January 2025 and filming in September
Why’s the Netflix version #1?
Cause it's the best, ofc, both stylistically and content wise
Cause it’s amazing
It’s really not.
The music is half-baked, for one.
Because that is the most accurate depiction of the original book so far

You forgot alien picola from ultraman taro
There making horror movies of every thing😰
Bruh in age of urtlon that looked nothing like a puppet it looked like iron man
True Story is far better than whatever the fuck Disney made.
Age of Ultron is the movie that made me stop watching Marvel, should not be that high.
DISNEY BEST NOT GLUMEDETOILDOS PINOCCHIO
Amen Sonic the Hedgehog Disney has done a good job with Pinocchio. I also liked and enjoyed the 1978 cartoon they showed on here.

Wdym? I like Age of Ultron but Pinocchio's Christmas is clearly superior.
