That screw you suddenly found when you started to use the screwdriver came off the magnetic tip of your screwdriver.
Look like you left your previous job unfinished 😂

Hello where can I buy the clear back ?? Thank you

I use hot air to soften adhesive and tape especially when removing a replacement battery as they often have adhesive over the whole back high chance of damaging the ribbon to the lock switch and having broken a few I use a spudger or opening tool on the whole of the ribbon cable clip some are brittle and opening from one side with a finger nail they can snap also battery connector gently with curved tweezers and if it looks loose hold the white centre to the board with a tool just pulling off risks pulling the whole clip off the board and it's a fiddly job getting it back on

I have to say I prefer your way of reconnecting the screen I was connecting it on the frame and then connecting it with the front case, thanks for tip

Thanks for this mate. Another fabulous build. How can I contact Zelda 3D to Aquire a back for my project? I tried Google but to no avail, I cannot seem to find them. Is there a website anywhere? Thanks again for an awesome build ( you still hold the awesomeness record for your first iPod Bluetooth mod - that’s never going to go away & I also love your hold switch mod, are these available? ) thanks again. Awesome work!!

Hey Mate, Just watched this AGAIN.... (Don't know how many times now..) I'm working on my 4th attempt - damn hot glue is a curse... I was just wondering if you would make one for a fee? Parts can be supplied etc... Thanks for your work. Keep it up, you are an inspiration to us who do not have the skills !!!!

Hey Mate. Thanks for the kind words.
Unfortunately I am not able to take on any commissions for the time being due to being incredibly busy with work and other projects.
I’m happy to give you some advice over Twitter if you want to message me there.
Best of luck with your project!

Great video, would be interested in buying a few clear backplates if you ever do decide to manufacture some (I'm AU based). Christopher at the Pleiades store has been great with parts for me too

      Hey mate,
I do get the backs manufactured in small quantities for custom builds I do for people, although I’m not selling them on their own at the moment.
If you do want one, Zelda 3D have very fair pricing and quick turnaround, so feel free to use the STL in the description and have it manufactured yourself :)
