Any image inserted can be moved around in the same was. Drawing cartoons can be done using draw feature and moved around as needed.

Hi, I’m not too clear on what you’re asking but I think you are referring to the collaboration feature.
If you click on the three dots in the top right corner you will see ‘collaborate with others’ at the top of the list.
Click this option to work on the same presentation with others.

It depends on the the software that is available to display the final presentation. If Mac hardware with keynote then there is no need to convert but if the machine is not capable of running keynote you may need to convert to PowerPoint.

Yes it is. In my opinion it is easier to use and more intuitive. Both mobile and desktop version.
There are some new AI features of PP that are bringing it up to standard though.
