I can't recall ever hearing Keith Mitchell's Solo Voice before, the Brother has a nice sound as all of them do! Great Job!
He chose the background for most of the career. He chose to only help out on lead vocals when they did live performances. He actually could sing pretty good. He just chose not to be in the forefront.

Wow, that was awesome. It was great hearing Keith Mitchell sing a part, sometimes I forget what great solo voice he has because he is always in the background. Two thumbs up for that one guys.

@@IndigenousIndianLady65 Oh no, not him. Melvin's son is that young bald-headed guy, he is awesome. Kinda sounds like his uncle and his dad combined. His name is Jason. Keith is the other original member who normally doesn't sing much lead. But he sang Melvin's part in the bridge for this performance. In 'Baby I'm for Real' he also sang the part, 'I see the little tears, in your eyes, bout to fall, you are wondering if I'm for real.'

RIP Melvin! Not the same without him,but nevertheless the legacy continues with his brothers. Melvin still got that unique high tone that tenors still struggle to replicate, but as they say in these modern singing comps, Make it your own.

I'm in my sixties and believe me when I tell you some of the songs and groups from the 90's was just as good as the groups and songs from the 60's and 70s. I love everything Baby Face put out and contributed to. To me he is a genius. This group that consisted of his two bothers in my opinion was under rated. I loved the music from the 60's, 70's and 90's. Didn't care to much for the music from the 80's.

It’s some haters in the comments. Ultra critical non singers. Kevon’s raspiness actually makes this even sexier AND he’s still hitting the notes. They sound good. And their stage presence is still AMAzing!
O.K. Keith, go 'head on! Just started loving this group a lil' bit more (had always withheld before because they didn't let Keith sing).
Keith didn't sing by choice. He liked arranging the harmonies and singing in the background and only singing lead to help out if someone was hoarse. He's singing more now by Kevon's request
@@RTDavis0503 Whomever is spreading this is telling an untruth. Keith said he understood that Mel and Kevon were the "leads" and they didn't want "extras" to get bigger than them because it would hurt the group if he decided to leave.
