Hi Sudha, Ragi mudde seyya sigapu arisi or varagu arisi kuda use pannalamnu sonnanga. Enoda ammavum vegetarian than, but chicken masala powder prepare panni vachupanga, potato curry la use pannuvanga 😊😊 ithu sambar powder kuda podalam, but curry masala pota smell romba nalla irukum

I do not give supplements to my kids sangeetha. It doesn’t help that much. I will post recipes that are rich in omega3. Taking nutrients from food is the best way to absorb it fully
