    Classic Tuscan presentation. However we usually cook it over a live flame rather than in a pan, serve it a bit more rare and bit more thinly sliced. We heat and infuse oil with garlic and herbs and then pour it over. The arugula can be a bed and mixed in with the sliced meat. I would suggest some oil and salt on the leaves. The grilled lemon is a nice touch on the greens but not so much the steak.

    I’m in Italy and non of the steakhouses I’ve eaten at do this. They use charcoal and wood to cook the steaks.

      So wrong. A piece of meat like those steaks only need to go to medium rare.
