For years I didn’t eat lasagna because of the ricotta.. but my good friend who is Italian taught me to make a béchamel sauce. It delicious every time.... This looks so yummy though.
Finally someone who's knows how to do lasagna. I'm from Italy and it's always painful to watch others doing this 😂 one tip: put carot and celery and onion first, in Italy we call it soffritto! And then after 3 minutes you put meat, a little bit of white wine and then tomatoes :) good job!
You dont play girl. Kudos to you for making it all from scratch. I appreciate the time you take to make such in depth videos. I can tell you enjoy yourself.
Making your own lasagna sheets and grinding your own meat is next level commitment. Appreciate the effort you put into this video. Maybe when I'm feeling less lazy I'll try it out and step my lasagna game up!
My husband says you need to come over to our house and cook every night you are one of the greatest cooks, making everything you cook just about from scratch, You are AMAZING..
In Europe we make lasagne with bechamel sauce. Having tasted both the ricotta and bechamel version. I still prefer the bechamel 💯 more. Will be making this on Friday! Looks yummy 😍
Omg I cannot watch u without getting hungry!!! I just got my kitchenaid and I'm gonna make these lasagne noodles!! Girlll this looks amazing...you deserve so much recognition!
Even BETTER for Breakfast ! I LOVE YOU ! I always learn so much from you ! I will make alot of layers from now on... I like to use sour cream & cottage cheese /
Wow u really take so much TIME & LOVE into all ur recipes!! Everything u make looks bomb and i just think of all the work u do by making everything from scratch plus all the cleaning u do after!! It’s not easy ... trust me i know! Stay blessed 😇
Now you know when it fell off the fork and that look on your face, hilarious!😳😂..... Everything looked so delicious. I think I'll do it for my birthday! Great job
This looks absolutely divine! Pasta from scratch‼️ Omg!!!! You have a new friend here! I look forward to following along with the rest of your recipes. Thank you for sharing!
🍝🍝🍝 I love Caesar salad, and I thank you for showing me how to make the salad dressing myself. I have made mayo not thinking that I could make the Caesar salad dressing. Thank you very very much. Love you, Robin.😊
I legit look up to you so much girl...u are so lovely to watch cook and listen too, you put your heart and SOUL into every dish and I swear you are my favorite chef!!! Officially!!!
Great work on the Lasagne and garlic knots, along with the salad and cesar dressing - that all looked absolutely amazing. Keep doing amazingly well. You are a true talent 🥖 🍞 🥖 🍞 🍝 🍝 🍝 🍝
Looks so good! Everything! Ceasar salad my favorite too! Just had spaghetti so not too hungry for lasagna right now lol! The garlic knots will be making those! Did get my scales, haven't made the pizza dough yet, too many other things had to do first. Will be making it probably next weekend excited! And will make the garlic knots to go with it! Thank you for your aMaZing recipes! Love and blessings ~💗💞💕🍞🥖🍝🍝🥗🥗 Yeah, just threw in the salad emoji too lol! Thanks so much!
🍞🥖🥐 My Grandparents are coming into town and I can't wait to try this meal out for them!!! Hope mine tastes as good as yours looks❤️❤️❤️ thank you for all these bomb recipes!!!
I literally just found ur page today and ur energy just spoke to me. I subscribed instantly😂😂and cant wait to try some of ur recipes...one of these days imma gather enough courage to start my own channel. Much blessings to you!!!
How did you make the garlic knots? Did you put in all the ingredients in at once/how did you incorporate the yeast? Did you let it expand before baking and how long did you bake them?
I thought my favorite chef had went incognito again...lol. This is one of my best dishes. I'm in agreement with everyone else; you do need your own Food Network show! Keep the videos coming, Lizzy! Let's get you to 500k! Woot, woot!💃💃💃💃💃
You are such a wonderful cook! Your food is amazing, you’re amazing and how you make everything from scratch! You are so talented! I aspire to cook like you and I’m gonna stop being lazy and from now on I will make my pasta from scratch! Thanks for all the great recipes! Also, try cottage cheese in place of ricotta cheese! I know it sounds gross but, it’s really, really good, I promise. 🍞🥖🍝
You need your own Restaurant and even a Cook Book , You are gifted to be a Chef, You cook way better than half the cooks on the Cooking Network Channel , I love watching you cook and everytime you hook it up, I give it to You, everything you cook is from scratch.
Love your videos! by the way, I'm italian and we never put ricotta in lasagna. It's always bechamel sauce. So your taste buds are telling you the right thing
I don’t like the taste of ricotta either but I stumbled upon a trick that actually does make it taste good. When you layer your lasagna the ricotta layer needs to be right next to the meat layer for some reason I don’t know why that makes the ricotta taste different. Trust me try it that way one time, it tastes so much better. I love your channel!
Your meat sauce is very close to what I make. This lasagne looks delicious. I use the no cook noodles and fresh mozzarella in my recipe. An easy way to grind meat if you don't have a grinder is cut the beef up in 1 to 1 1/2 cubes, place the cut beef in the freezer until beef is half frozen and then use a food processor to grind the meat to your desired grind. I tend to have the ground meat not so fine. pineapple sage would work in this recipe as well as a red wine. I use malbec.
The food network needs to go ahead and give Lizzy her own show, her cooking skills are amazing!
I agree
For real! She’s awesome
Yes, I think I kinda wanna bombard them with e-mails to tell them about her. Wouldn't that be cool?
@@bsquarebware I'm down to help lol

Lol I can believe that. That sounds amaaaazing btw!! Is it common to use ricotta??
@@SammiTheSweetheart327 no, personally I use mozzarella in the middle and parmigiano on the top :)
