Try fresh diced jalapenos on the top of everything next time sis. There is a restaurant in Long Beach CA that does their philly cheesesteak pizza that way and it is sooooo good❤ I'm watching yours and it looks good even though I can't have any now because I just had Bariatric surgery. It's so funny watching other people make cheesesteaks. I'm from Philly/Jersey, and we don't eat ours with peppers and wiz like that lol! & the onions have to be alll the way caramelized. That makes the difference.
