Dr Demi, where does vibrio cholerae act? In the textbook, they say the wall of the small intestine, but in the video, you referred to the toxins being deposited in the wall of the large intestine? Or either is correct?
Hi, the wall of the small intestine is accurate. It is where the epithelial cells the toxin attaches to are located. I will put a corrective statement in the description. Thank you for pointing this out!
