@@awoolgow a lot of investments in military led to the internet, computers, GPS and other technologies that are used on day-to-day basis to help people. GPS was used to triangulate people's phones when they were kidnapped and internet and Wi-Fi keeps ambulances connected on the network for communication. computers are used in hospitals and computers are used to simulate and fight viruses along with DNA matching that has been a key part of fighting crime. While it may not seem vital right now research done by space force will trickle down into our everyday usage. The only way to fight homelessness and starving people is with education and more jobs not just feeding them.
