Why do you expect we might be naive? Is a motor drive running on a 9v battery that draws 220v electricity and stays working then why did you not raise the wood plank to the top to prove that there was no wire extending from the bottom

Your DC motor needs battery as source of power.
But with DC motor plug into AC socket which is produce from fan. I don't think its gonna work.
