That is a sweet setup you have there Gabe! Every time I look for that Yellow Jacket, it is out of stock. I will get one someday. I hope to get the new TGH trans soon. Thanks for sharing! 👍🏼👍🏼
Good stuff Gabe only 300+ subscriber's on your RUclips channel you need to bump that up you have great content and your rails which I don't have yet but definitely want to build a Gspeed rig it's not going to be Ulta light cause I don't compete but still want that Gspeed performance 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ and a 👍 bud
@@GSPEEDCHASSIS mention it on your Gspeed fan page on FB which I'm also a member of cause you have a lot of fans on the page and can also have them on RUclips just promote it on FB and have the fans share the post
@@GSPEEDCHASSIS yes exactly and to get subscriber's you could do a give away of some kind tell people to subscribe to your RUclips channel and set a subscriber limit you wanna get to for example say when you get to 500 or 700 or 1000 you'll give away a set of rails and a skid the version of rails is up to you I think the guy who gave you this idea should get a set for giving you this great info hint hint lol 🤔👍
why do I see so many people running there HC links the opposite of yours? if you look online a boat load of pictures show them having the bend at the skid not at the wheels like yours? they just don't know better or is it different for different crawlers
The links should leave the skid plate and stay straight and high until they get to the point at the axle where they need to bend down to meet the lower connection on the axle, in turn creating high clearances links
I don't have experience with the ifs on GSPEED but a few builders on th err Team GSPEED Chassis group on Face book have done it with some slight modifications
Hi, I just ordered the V3 raw steel version after watching RC Review. I'd like to ask what lenghts are you using on the high clearance links. I can wait for the chassis to arrive. Cheers Steve
i noticed youre running a 15t pinion, just wondering if theres a reason you went with a higher tooth count? also wondering how well that micro sidewinder 2 handles the weight! just bought one of your chassis with some other goodies and im stoked!!
Thank you for your purchase. This was a while ago, but I believe I was trying to get more wheel speed out of the yellow jacket and also with the outrunner body of the motor turning I needed to set the motor in that position so the case would not rub up against the transmission housing because the motor diameter is larger than a typical in-runner motor. The Sidewinder 2 handled the light weight of this truck, but I wouldn't recommend this ESC for heavier. In my opinion if you're trying to stay with the smaller ESC, go with the Mamba micro X and then if you want it all around solid ESC use the Mamba X. The 3Brothers RC Kratos 10 and Acis 10 motors are my go to for super slow and smooth low end and ridiculous amount of power when you need it. www.3brothersrc.com/product-page/the-new-2750kv-kratos-ten

Would redcat gen7 parts fit on this chassis?
