When you describe your own problems so well and openly Gav it makes me feel a bit better with my own mental health/ruminations. etc. It's an illness i struggle badly with but your upbeat posts are heartening. Great work on this beauty by the way. ( nearly forgot what i came here for!) All the best.Terry.
No worries Terry talking is what i am good at if you email me a postal address i have something for you furphybrushwithhistory@outlook.com Look after yourself marra . Regards Gav.
Gav, you are a true inspiration to everyone out there. I may not have the same health issues but your ability to keep moving forward is an inspiration. The tank is coming along nicely. Going to love following the progress on this one.
As always you are very kind Victor the thing is you and a lot of others are the inspiration marra you pick people like me up when they fall down . You don't leave people behind so thank you my friend . Regards Gav.
Thanks John its something that creeps into my videos from time to time and people are forgiving about . My head problems are a heavy burden but made lighter by all the kind people i have met on here . If it ever hits you bad drop me a line marra furphybrushwithhistory@outlook.com no one will get left behind , look after yourself . Regards Gav.
Great update, Gavin. That looks like a really good kit. The detail looks great and the one piece lower is a plus. I think I may consider this one when I get around to a KT again. I've built Hobby Boss kits before and I like them, and this newer stuff looks pretty nice. Looking splendid and I'm looking forward to the next update!
Excellent my friend - looking good, seems like crisp clean parts. Should build nicely. I think you are right, that front wheel is probably accounting for the Tracks starting up incline up on the idler/ front wheel / Regards Fredrik
The lower hull and the wheels looks very well. Nicely molded parts. A good start and I hope the other parts bring you also the same fun. Best wishes, Gav. Joachim
I hadn't made kits since the late 80's but i see it as an extension from figure painting there is something about creating the world in miniature i like marra . Regards Gav,
Cheers Mike they are there to honour the memory of my pup Barclay who passed last year he was ten that's his box behind . My wife gets me fresh flours every week for him . Regards Gav.
@@gavinbooth Thanks for responding so promptly Gav. Really sorry for your loss and being your companion over the last 10 years you will have a lot of positive memories. If I have opened a wound, please accept my apologies. Take care. Mike
No worries Mike you didn't know, he was with me all the time so he stays in my work room with me ,Archie my younger one follows my wife every where but Barclay never left my side unless someone had food . Thanks for your kind words marra . Regards Gav.
To me, a tank is a truck bit on treads with a gun bit in top. I don't know what I'm looking at, really, but it looks good to me. For the front wheel, if it isn't intended to spin, can you not cut it out and glue it lower? Or will it matter once you have everything in?
Nice update Gav i can assure you arnt alone in making mistakes its getting out of the mistakes 😂😂😂 Its coming along nicely if you need out just drop me a message will look forward to the next update

Hope you find a solution. If nothing goes, maybe Friul tracks are a alternative.
Good update Gav. Many years since I made a 1/35 kit, maybe one day!
