Happy New Year Gav! Onward and sideways.. oops I mean upward! :) At the risk of adding to the pile of pooh you have to do, a while back you had a VW Beetle you were going to modify and paint. What happened to it? LOL at the pup crawling across his blanket. Sounds like my niece when she was born six weeks premature. Apparently she was crawling up and down the incubator. My brother said he wished she'd stay still, but I said it was a good sign, because she was /bored/ and had excess energy even though she was so tiny :)

Happy new year to you Gavin from deepest France. My chickens are as pissed off with the weather as you are - though I don’t think spraying models is their main concern. Know what you mean about how great some of our fellow hobbyists are, one of my blog followers sent me 24 beautifully painted Empress Minis to accompany the Indian Mutiny project you inspired me to start. Who does that kind of thing? Anywhoo, lovely to hear another midlanders accent waffling on in the background while I paint, feels like I’m in a pub in Tipton. lol.

They look superb Gav. Really bright colours show the details very well. I’m about to dip into the Italian Wars and am just waiting for some new paints. Can I ask, will you be using a wash on these when they are completed? I normally put a wash on my Napoleonics, but don’t want to spoil the bright colours. All the best for 2025 mate.
