    I have loved this piece since it was the first BASIC program I ran on my C128 back in the 80s. Since then I enjoy learning about it and this lady makes me wish I majored in music.

    3:18 I don't think you can definitively say that those green notes belong in the bottom voice, nor even in the top voice. I think the little 5-note runs between hands just transcend the entire 2-voice structure. It could actually be seen as the alignment of mind and body culminating into spirit. It's the most comical part of this piece! So I disagree with putting a pause in there. That just makes it sound hesitant.

    I doubt Bach wrote his music like this - I think you are over analysing him.

      It’s precisely how he wrote his music, as did his contemporaries and every competent composer since.

    You can play it any way you want. Slow , medium, fast, soft , hard etc...
    A 7 year old who is musically inclined and knows no music theory can play this piece better than someone who spends hours of time listening to analysis.
