Just built a 1.3 k11 with a bw kp39 turbo.
It’s my girlfriends daily and we both love the car!

i have a 1.4 coil build with ct12 toyota turbo,and it seems to be of perfect size. drives realy nice, just have to get it properly tuned but wil do that after i mounted opel turbo pistons and get more boost in it. thinking about running 1 bar of boost when the turbo pistons are installed. wil the rest of the block survive that? using a det3 piggyback to tune the whole thing btw

I'm installing one of your turbo kit on my micra for my very first "trackdaycar" and i'm still questioning about fuel rail and injectors.

If you have a later coilpack - The injectors are easy. If you have the earlier Dizzy type engine, The info in this video is relevant
Yes I have a Dizzy cg13 to swap in my Micra but need to rebuild it with forged pistons to avoid melted piston's rings....🤔😉👍
If you do the build sensibly with decent management - Melting Rings isnt much of an issue. Pistons and Rings melt when using Stock Injectors and Stock ECU with no Tuning. @@s_77_studio
Injector will be upgrade and the ECU will have a Nistune with a remap not as follows nest as the Haltech system but a good start I think...🤔😉👍

Ive been toying with the turbo idea for a long while now on my Super S Calsonic Micra, but I do value the reliability of N/A.
It's running a Haltech elite 1500 and the IC7 dash. It has oil temp and pressure sensor, fuel pressure and temp sensor, obviously air temp. An uprated Aeromotive fuel pump, Turbosmart Pressure reg with GA16 injectors. But I have a manifold converted to take later top feed injectors ready and the idle air valve shaved off the Throttle body. Also Has Newman Cams fitted.
I will be very interested to see a mapping video on this.
Would it be beneficial to use a plenum type manifold and a bosh DBW throttle body ??

How does a k11 with one of your supercharger kits drive compared to a standard one? Obviously alot quicker but is the torque and power curve similar? Or does it become a bit gutless when not being absolutely thrashed?
Supercharger produces all the Low-Down torque. Our Current S/C Kit is also maxed at around 115hp on the 1.0 and 125hp on the 1.3L

Are you able to do the same conversion on a 1.0lt micra. Or does it need to be the 1.3lt
The engines are physically the same.
Rear discs didn’t come as standard on the super s. only with with abs.
was very rare back when i had a k11 in 2006. must be super rare to find a disc axle now. you can convert them with custom made plate on the stub axle to mount the caliper to. i spoke to some guy with a NME works rally micra and thats how they had converted it.

I have customers running anywhere from 160-200hp
