@@GizFab awesome, you were saying the model your working on had a rear disc axle and the lack of PS, my k11 has a rear disc axle and front & rear ARB on a SLX model. Would you happen to know if this is a rarer spec? Enjoyed the welding, sadly I cannot weld but I do enjoy watching it being done.
@gizfab just a quick question matey when building a turbo manifold do all the bends(tubes ) have to be the same length or does it matter is some are a bit longer than others ?
Love the video, a question i have a micra k10 1.2 and was wondering about a turbo maifold for the setup is that anything you have been working on or plan in the future? :)
No plan for K10 kits, as they are Carbureted it doesnt make for a plug and play kit like the K11's. We are working on Supercharger kits for the K10 however that allows use of a Carbureter
I'd give my wee finger to be able to tig weld like that. Great job.
We offer private 1 to 1 tuition
That welding is poetry in motion
This is a fantastic video! Love the insights into your work, wish I had space to learn welding.
You can do it!
Love ❤ the editing, great video
Glad you liked it!!
Good times nicely done 👍
Thanks 👍
nice!!!!!!!!!! love it
Nice 👍👍
Thanks 👍
Great!
Thanks!
I can tig weld to some degree but id love to be able to fabricate to this level. Unreal skills mate. 😊
You can do it!
Great video, where did you get the manifold plate from ?
I made it
Would love to do this to my Micra but so much other hidden costs ideally forged pistons rods, engine management etc
150 reliably on stock engine with decent ECU. Plenty of fun at 150hp!
That manifold is so tasty I could eat it!. How do you adjust the fuelling? What ecu?
This is on a Haltech Elite 1500
Holy huge runners batman
Next on the build series: how to close the hood
Easy, you just close it ;)
He's not wearing a hood.
Enjoyed watching this, is the idea behind sealing the manifold ends and adding gas during welding for 'purging' ?
Yes 🤓

Would that clear the bonet ? Looks a bit high
Of course it does. I’m not a rookie 🤓

It really doesn't matter.
@GizFab thanks for ur reply mate 👍
What's better out of NB32 and NB40 pipe for a turbo manifold? Just what ever matches the ports?
1.25" SCH10 NB is the smallest i would use for all applications. It is considered that 1.25" NB Primaries support up to 150hp / Cylinder.
@@GizFab Cheers mate.
can i do this at home with no previous experience ?
Everyone starts somewhere.
Amazing welds as always. How long does it typically take to make such a masterpiece?
On average, 10-12 hours.
Whats the horsepower target on that turbo
200hp.
Have you turboed a Micra with aircon and power steer?
So far, no. I would require your vehicle in my shop in order to make it.

Will that fit my Honda???
It wont x
Nice does the OEM slam panel fit with turbo with internal wastage??
Yes

Aight man, thanks for the answer looking forward too the supercharger setup. :D @@GizFab
Looks great, how much gas do you go through 😮😂😊
A lot
what is the max hp possible on a N/A setup ?
We dont tune N/A Setups. Boost all the way!
are turbo kits road legal ?@@GizFab
@@slappi6979In this part of the world (UK) it's definitely legal
2k investment into 100 engine
Something D Series owners know all to well ;)
@@GizFab yeah, but those actually have aftermarket support, parts, and some really make power (i have a d series)
