    Yes, if we adjust the actual progress to match with plan %, we can't capture delay causes for project the report will be unrealistic. The best report always represents the escalation if project delay.

    Hi. Thank you for you wonderful videos. I have a question bothering me, the question is;
    How can I put the right activity relationship in the send of MEP rough-in phase work with structural phase work? I have seen so many videos linking MEP rough-in work after completion of structural which I think shouldn't be. Pls correct me, Engr
